Examples of Competing Product in a sentence
Subject to the remainder of this Section 11, during the Exclusivity Period, except pursuant to this Agreement, Generate will not, for itself, or with, through or for its Affiliates or any Third Party (including the grant of any license, option or other right to any Third Party), directly or indirectly, research, develop, manufacture, commercialize or otherwise exploit any Competing Product anywhere in the Territory or otherwise enable any Third Party to engage in such activities.
The Parties will promptly notify each other of any actual, threatened or alleged infringement by a Third Party of any Novartis Compound Patent, Joint Collaboration Patent or Sole Collaboration Patent (for clarity, not including any Generate Platform Patent), in each case, relating to a Licensed Compound, Licensed Product, Biosimilar Product or Competing Product (a “Competitive Infringement”).
