Xxxxxx Care Leave. (a) When a xxxxxx child is placed in the home of an employee who is an approved xxxxxx care provider, the employee shall be granted, upon her request, leave without loss of regular pay within seven (7) calendar days after the placement of the xxxxxx child.

Xxxxxx Care Leave. If you are full time or part time, Xxxxxx Care Leave is available when you become a long-term xxxxxx carer. You can access up to 10 days leave from your accrued Personal Leave balance and the leave can commence from the day that you take the xxxxxx child into long-term care.

An Employee, with a period of service as per the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Xxx 0000, is entitled to 16 weeks paid Xxxxxx Care Leave for the purposes of the long term fostering of a child. 301. Xxxxxx Care Leave is available from one week prior to the date of placement of a child who has not previously lived with the Employee for a continuous period of six months or more and should commence within eight weeks of the child being placed.
