The Computer and Internet Access clause defines the rights and responsibilities regarding the use of computers and internet connectivity provided by one party to another, typically in a workplace or contractual setting. Computer and Internet Access. Employees shall have access to multi-user computers provided it does not interfere with the performance of their duties. It is understood that the Employer is not required to purchase additional computer terminals in order to provide access.

Upon termination of employment, the laptop will be returned to the College and the College will cease to pay for such high-speed internet access.
