Computer and Internet Access Clause Samples

The Computer and Internet Access clause defines the rights and responsibilities regarding the use of computers and internet connectivity provided by one party to another, typically in a workplace or contractual setting. It outlines the conditions under which access is granted, such as permitted uses, security requirements, and any restrictions on personal use or prohibited activities. Computer and Internet Access. All staff should have reasonable access to a computer and internet.
Computer and Internet Access. Employees shall have access to multi-user computers provided it does not interfere with the performance of their duties. It is understood that the Employer is not required to purchase additional computer terminals in order to provide access.

Computer and Internet Access. Employees will have authorization of utilizing computers and Internet access within the district and agree to comply with the most current computer/Internet access use agreement as adopted by the Board.
Computer and Internet Access. The Board will provide the President with a laptop computer and high-speed internet access from home, in order to assist the President in performance of his job duties. Upon termination of employment, the laptop will be returned to the College and the College will cease to pay for such high-speed internet access.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • Computer Software The Grantee certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure that state funds will not be used in the performance of this Grant Agreement for the acquisition, operation, or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright laws.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. The Parties shall not use such information for purposes other than those set forth in this Article 25.1 of this Agreement and to enforce their rights under this Agreement.
