Workspace Service Date first day of a Recurring Workspace Service used by the Prospective Client. Workspace Location: All workspace locations owned or managed by Workspace Partner globally. Referral Fee Confirmation: within ten (15) days following the last day of every month. Referral Fee Payment: within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Referral Fee Invoice sent by the Company (Referrer). HOST referral background: The Referral Fee corresponds to 10% of the value of any Non-Recurring Workspace Service or of Recurring Workspace Service during the first 12 months of service. The Company (Referrer) will be paid a Referral Fee by the Workspace Partner for each Referral resulting in a Prospective Client paying for an eligible service sold by the Referee. The Referral Fee can be paid monthly or in anticipation of future committed transactions. An extra charge of 2% will be added in case the Workspace Partner decides to pay the Referral Fee based on monthly transactions. Referral Fees paid in anticipation will be refunded if the Recurring Workspace Service is cancelled or terminated before the end of the initial agreement. To avoid invoicing complexity and banking transactions charges, in particular for small amount transaction, the Company (Referrer) may ask the Workspace Partner to replace the Referral Fee amount due to the Company (Referrer) by a discount of similar value offered directly to the Prospective Client. After 12 months, if Prospective Client asks the Company (Referrer) to refer a Recurring Workspace Service again, the Workspace Partner can be listed again in the proposal to the Prospective Client with an extension of the Referral Eligibility Period following a written agreement from both parties. In other cases, after 12 months, the Workspace Partner can handle renewals and extensions with the Prospect Client without paying any Referral Fee to the Company (Referrer). HOST+ Program background: The HOST+ Partner Program is an add-on to the HOST Partner Program. The HOST+ Partner Program was created by the Company for the Workspace Partner to emphasize the promotion of its Workspace Services to the Company’s members by offering them more benefits, such as discounts and free passes, in exchange for an increased visibility on the platform of the Company. In addition, the Workspace Partner will benefit from discounted pricing on services and products provided by partners of the Company.
