Prospective Client Sample Clauses

The 'Prospective Client' clause defines individuals or entities who are in the process of seeking to engage the services of a party but have not yet entered into a formal agreement. This clause typically outlines the rights, obligations, or limitations that apply to these potential clients, such as confidentiality of shared information or the scope of preliminary discussions. Its core function is to clarify the status and expectations for both parties during the pre-contractual phase, helping to prevent misunderstandings and protect sensitive information before a formal relationship is established.
