Day Trial. If Customer is participating in Oracle’s free 30-Day Trial (for Oracle Business Edition only), this Agreement lasts thirty (30) days from date of service authorization. At the conclusion of the free 30-Day Trial, if Customer chooses not to purchase a Oracle subscription, Customer will immediately cease all use of the service, including the Oracle Software and any documentation.
Day Trial. Key Metric Software hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software free of charge for a period of thirty (30) days. Use of the Software beyond this trial period requires the purchase of a License Key as described below. Use of the Software beyond the trial period without purchase of a License Key is a violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.
Day Trial. By commencing a 7 day trial you agree that unless you explicitly tell us otherwise on or before the end of the 7 day term, your membership will be converted to a paying 13.60 one year Gym membership beginning the week following the date the 7 day trial ends. Further, you agree that by telling us either by text OR email the membership type you wish to undertake before the trial ends or within the first week of the trial ending that Body Beyond Limits have full permission to change you from a 7 day trial to your nominated membership and you will be bound by the terms and conditions of your nominated membership. Note a Cancellation Fee of $400.00 will be required to be paid if you are cancelling this contract before your contract date expires. 30 days notice must be given in person by filling out a cancellation form prior to membership cancellation outside of the minimum term. In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full including the entirety of remaining membership, commission on collection of the additional costs and also including legal demand costs. PERSONAL TRAINING Platinum Personal training is for small groups of 4 for 45 minutes, once a week, in the nominated times by our trainers. Body Beyond limits reserve the right to cancel and/ or alter personal training sessions and times in accordance with the availability set by our trainers. Platinum membership Personal Training sessions do not accrue. Where a client is unable to attend, the Personal training session is forfeited that week. In the event a nominated or preferred trainer is unavailable, Body Beyond Limit’s can at its discretion substitute another trainer to undertake the personal training session. BODY SCANS – NUTRITION PROGRAMS – EVENTS It is up to the member to ensure attendance at Platinum membership events and programs. Failure to attend or participate is not the responsibility of Body Beyond Limits and will not require re-imbursement or rescheduling. ACCESS CARD Members are responsible for their access card. Shared gym access with a non-member will result in forfeiture of membership effective immediately. Replacement access cards will incur a fee of $10.
Day Trial. Each new employee hired during the current academic year is eligible for a free 30-day trial membership with no purchase obligation. A License Key may be purchased for single or multiple users, all users at a named site, or an entire enterprise. A License Key is further categorized by feature set (Standard Edition or Pro Edition), and operating system platform (Windows Platform, Mac Platform, Linux Platform, or Multi Platform). A price list on the Scooter Software website details pricing for all license options. Upon purchase of a License Key, Scooter Software hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software with the applicable feature set on the applicable operating system platform as follows:
Day Trial. This, also known as the Sample (“Sample”), allows you to use the Application for approximately 48 hours. This Sample begins when the Activation Code supplied in the Manual is entered into the Kepler4 Registration form, and will end approximately 48 hours later. To continue using the Application beyond this Sample, an Evaluation Licence (“Evaluation”) must be obtained from ADMS, or a Full Licence must be purchased from ADMS. Any data stored in the Application during this Sample will not be deleted by ADMS at the end of the Sample period, but ADMS does not hold any responsibility for any lost data during the Sample.
Day Trial. This, also known as the Evaluation, allows you to use the Application for approximately 14 days. This Evaluation begins when the Activation Code is entered into the Kepler4 Registration form, and will end approximately 14 days later. To continue using the Application beyond the Evaluation, a Full Licence must be purchased from ADMS. Any data stored in the Application during the Evaluation will not be deleted by ADMS at the end of the Evaluation period, but ADMS does not hold any responsibility for any lost data during the Evaluation.
Day Trial. Even if the HMD Subscription Plan is elected, you may still cancel this Agreement without penalty or continuing liability for the remainder of the unused term at any time during the first thirty (30) days of the Agreement, however any charges incurred prior to termination are still due and payable pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Day Trial. The license granted to you is a 30- day license solely for your personal evaluation of the Software. After the expiry of the 30-day evaluation period, you will have the option to purchase for a fee, a license which will extend the time period for which you may use the Software. The cost and terms of this license fee will be made available on or before the expiry date of the 30-day evaluation period.
