Partner Program definition

Partner Program or “Program” means the comprehensive framework established by Wazuh to provide qualified third parties with a range of benefits and obligations related to the use, integration, resale and/or distribution of the Oerings.
Partner Program means Xxxxxxx’x program for third parties, as defined under Clause 15 below, in which You or an Authorized Affiliate may enroll subject to separate agreement.
Partner Program means Adobe’s then current partner program for Authorized Adobe Distributors and resellers (known as “Adobe Partner Connection Program” as at the Effective Date of this Agreement).

More Definitions of Partner Program

Partner Program means, collectively, the Program Benefits and rights and obligations of Partner and SFDC that are associated with the Program Types described in the Program Policies. The Partner Program does not provide distribution rights to the Partner for the Services, nor does it contemplate any kind of reseller relationship between SFDC and Partner, which are governed by separate and additional SFDC agreements and application processes.
Partner Program means, collectively, the Program Benefits and rights and obligations of Partner and VTEX that are associated with the Program Types described in the Program Policies. The Partner Program does not provide distribution rights to the Partner for the Services.
Partner Program means the Partner Program for Broadband Active Networks to which a potential Channel Member applies and is accepted into by CommScope, authorizing the Channel Member to promote and resell Broadband Active Networks products to end customers and/or other Channel Members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement to be executed directly between CommScope and the Channel Member (where applicable), incorporating fully the Channel Members Guidelines, with all such information set out on the Channel Portal.
