Workplace Notice. Within 30 days of the execution of this Undertaking, display a notice in the workplace, in the form of Attachment B (Workplace Notice) and provide the FWO with photographic evidence of its display and the location of the notice in Touchwood Cafe. Ensure that the Workplace Notice is printed in at least A3 size and is clearly displayed: in locations to which all employees who work at Touchwood have access in a manner which is reasonably capable of drawing the attention of all employees to the Workplace Notice (for example, by placement on a staff noticeboard for a period of 30 continuous days at the end of the period of 30 days provide confirmation to the FWO that the Workplace Notice has been continuously displayed for the required period. Website Notices Touchwood will maintain its Website for at least six months after the execution of this Undertaking and place a notice (Website Notice) on the front page of the website within 30 days of, but not prior to the FWO publishing a Media Release on its website which will: be in the form of the Public Notice set out at Attachment B be displayed in at least size 10 font on the home page remain on the website for a period of six months provide evidence of the placement of the Website Notice to the FWO on the date it is published. Access to the Award and NES Touchwood will, within 14 days of this Undertaking: Ensure that copies of the applicable Award and the NES are available to all employees to whom they apply in accordance with Clause 5 of the Award. These will be made available either: on a noticeboard which is conveniently located at or near the workplace or through electronic means. Notify the FWO within 30 days of how Touchwood has made the Award and NES available to employees.
Workplace Notice. Within 30 days of the execution of this Undertaking, the Company will display a notice (Workplace Notice) in each of the Company’s workplaces, in the form of Attachment D and provide photographic evidence of its display and the location of the notice in each workplace: Ensure that the Workplace Notice is printed in at least A3 size and is clearly displayed: In locations to which all employees who work at the Company have access; In a manner which is reasonably capable of drawing the attention of all employees to the Workplace Notice (for example, by placement on a staff noticeboard); For a period of 30 continuous days; At the end of the period of 30 days provide confirmation to the FWO that the Workplace Notice has been continuously displayed for the required period;
Workplace Notice. Place a notice within all workplaces referred to in paragraph 4 of this Undertaking which is accessible to all employees (Workplace Notice) within 28 days of the execution of this Undertaking in the terms set out in Attachment C; Provide a copy of the Workplace Notice and written details of how the Workplace Notice has been displayed at all workplaces referred to in paragraph 4 of this Undertaking to the FWO within seven (7) days of publication/display of the notice; Display the Workplace Notice at all workplaces referred to in paragraph 4 of this Undertaking for a continuous period of at least 28 days.

Within 21 days of the execution of this Undertaking, cause to be displayed within the workplace controlled by CC Blacktown a notice in the form of Attachment D to this Undertaking (Workplace Notice) and provide photographic evidence of its display and the location of the notice in the workplace. The Workplace Notice must be: Printed in at least A3 size and is clearly displayed; In a location to which all employees who work at CC Blacktown have access; In a manner which is reasonably capable of drawing attention of all employees to the Workplace Notice (for example, by placement on a staff noticeboard; and For a period of 28 continuous days. At the end of the period of 28 days, provide confirmation to the FWO that the Workplace Notice has been continuously displayed for the required period.
Workplace Notice. Place a notice within the workplace which is accessible to all employees (Workplace Notice) within 28 days of the execution of this Undertaking in the form set out in Attachment C. The Workplace Notice must: Be printed in at least A4 size; Clearly displayed in a location to which all employees who work at PWFV have access; In a manner which is reasonably capable of drawing attention of all employees to the Workplace Notice (for example, by placement of a staff noticeboard); and Be displayed for a minimum period of 60 continuous days. Provide to the FWO a copy of the Workplace Notice and photographic evidence of its display. Contrition Payment PWFV undertakes to: Make a donation of $500 within 60 days of execution to Working Women Queensland of Xxxxx 0, 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx 0000 to fund support and advice about workplace issues to vulnerable women in Queensland; and Provide proof of the donation above to the FWO on the day of the payment being made.

Within 30 days of the execution of this Undertaking, cause to be displayed within all the supported workplace(s) controlled by Activ Foundation a notice in the form of Attachment B to this Undertaking (Workplace Notice) and provide photographic evidence of its display and the location of the notice in the workplace. The Workplace Notice must be: Printed in at least A3 size and clearly displayed; In a location to which all supported employees who work at Activ Foundation have access; Displayed in a manner which is reasonably capable of drawing attention of all supported employees to the Workplace Notice (for example, by placement on a staff noticeboard); and Displayed for a period of 28 continuous days; and At the end of the period of 28 days provide confirmation to the FWO that the Workplace Notice has been continuously displayed for the required period.

Within 30 days of the execution of this Undertaking, display a notice in Xxxx’x workplace in the form of Attachment B (Workplace Notice) and provide the FWO with photographic evidence of its display and the location of the notice in the workplace. The Workplace Notice must: Outline the contraventions committed by Baxi; Be translated into Chinese by an independent and external provider at Xxxx’x expense; Be printed in at least A3 size and be clearly displayed: In both English and Chinese; In locations to which all employees who work for Baxi have access; In a manner that is reasonably capable of drawing the attention of all employees to the Workplace Notice (for example, by placement on a staff noticeboard); and Be displayed for a period of 30 continuous days. At the end of the period of 30 days provide confirmation to the FWO that the Workplace Notice has been continuously displayed for the required period.
Workplace Notice. Within 28 days of the commencement of this Undertaking, display a notice within the workplace in a place which is accessible to all employees (Workplace Notice) for a period of 14 consecutive days in the terms set out in Attachment B; Within 7 days of the display of the notice, provide a copy of the Workplace Notice together with photographic evidence of its display to the FWO; Apology Within 28 days of the commencement of this Undertaking, send or give to each of the Employees an apology (Apology Letter) in the form of the letter set out in Attachment C; Within 7 days of the Apology Letter being sent or given, provide to the FWO a copy of each of the Apology Letters, and proof of their delivery to the Employees; Self – Audit and Reporting Activity Cause to have performed by an external accounting professional (e.g. Certified Practising Accountant), audit specialist or employment law specialist (at the expense of the Employer) future audits of the Employer’s compliance with the FW Act, FW Regulations and fair work instruments, including but not limited to the Award, on the following terms: A first audit of all the pay periods occurring between 1 August to 31 August 2017 inclusive which must be completed, and an audit report created, by 30 September 2017 (First Audit); A second audit of all the pay periods occurring between 1 August to 31 August 2018 inclusive which must be completed, and an audit report created, by 30 September 2018 (Second Audit); The audits will apply to all employees employed at any time during an audit period in a classification of work of any fair work instrument applying to the Employer in that audit period; The audits will assess the Employer’s compliance with the following obligations according to each employee’s classification of work, category of employment and hours worked during an audit period: wages and work-related entitlements; any accrual and payment of entitlements under the National Employment Standards in Part 2-2 of the FW Act; method and frequency of payment in accordance with section 323 of the FW Act; record keeping and pay slip obligations in Division 3 of Part 3-6 of the FW Act; and written agreements on work patterns for part-time employees, in accordance with clause 12.3 of the Award The audit report must include: a statement of the qualifications of the person conducting the audit; the methodology used to conduct the audit; the audit findings; and where an audit identifies any contravention(s) of the FW Act, FW...
