Pay Periods definition

Pay Periods means regular intervals for payment of employees referred to in section 43;
Pay Periods means the number of calendar pay periods that the Class

More Definitions of Pay Periods

Pay Periods means the period of time between payroll deposits. (The first (1st) day of the month to the fifteenth (15th) inclusive and the sixteenth (16th) day of the month to the last day of the month inclusive).
Pay Periods means for each Class Member the pay periods during the Class Period that the Class Member worked for Defendants in a Covered Position.
Pay Periods. Any time worked during the 1st through the 15th of any month will be paid on the last day of the month payroll. Any time worked during the 16th through the last day of the month, will be paid on the 15th of the next month. If the 15th or the end of the month falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the pay date will be the Friday before.
