Wood Frame. All carpentry work in residential construction as defined below shall be done in accordance with the terms and conditions of xxx Xxxxxxxxxx Local 723 Agreement as modified by the Connecticut addendum to Carpenters Local 723 agreement. The scope of work covered under xxx Xxxxxxxxxx Local 723 Agreement and this section is extended to cover all trade jurisdiction as stated in Article III. This definition shall also cover all carpentry work on energy efficient retrofit projects on existing residential structures. New wood frame construction is defined to include all aspects of xxxxxxxxx work on new wood frame construction without regard to whether it is for residential work. However, work on dormitories and other university and college housing shall be performed in accordance with this Agreement and not xxx Xxxxxxxxxx Local 723 Agreement. Custom home construction as currently performed under the Local 210 Custom Residential Construction Agreement will be performed under the terms of xxx Xxxxxxxxxx Local 723 Agreement as modified by the Fairfield County Custom Residential Memorandum of Agreement.

Wood Frame. This Agreement shall cover the “Trade Autonomy” of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America as described in the Constitution and Laws of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America with respect to all aspects of xxxxxxxxx work involved in the building of new wood-frame construction. For the purpose of this paragraph, new wood-frame construction is defined as a structure or a building with a wood-framed exterior skeleton, wood-framed interior support and roofing frame. This definition shall also cover the receiving, fastening and putting in place of all modular residential units when used in construction, as described above, regardless of material utilized to construct modular units, including, but not limited to wood, masonry, metal or plastic. This definition shall also cover all carpentry work on energy efficient retrofit projects on existing residential structures that is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Words and Phrases Defined Throughout this claim of jurisdiction and trade autonomy, the following words and phrases as used therein shall be considered to have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context shall clearly indicate a different meaning in the connection used: The term "Xxxxxxxxx" and the term "Xxxxxx" are synonymous, and in either case, shall mean one who prefabs or constructs forms for footings or foundations of houses, buildings, structures of all descriptions, and modular units, whether made of wood, metal, plastic, or any other type of material.   • Time Frame The bounded Party’s(ies’) duty to hold the Confidential Information in confidence shall remain in effect until such information no longer qualifies as a trade secret or written notice is given releasing such Party from this Agreement.

  • Minimum Site Requirements for TIPS Sales (when applicable to TIPS Sale). Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • Time Frames The discipline process shall be completed within six (6) months from the date of the first notification, or within such other extended period of time as is provided for in this Agreement.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.
