Residential work definition

Residential work means any work performed on one, two and three-family dwellings.
Residential work. “Mechanical Service and Maintenance Work” on a Mechanical System providing air conditioning and/or heating to a single family residence or in a structure containing one (1), but no more than four (4), residential units.
