Residential structures means houses, apartments, or other structures intended for human habitation, including institutional structures where persons reside, which are accessible to children under seven years of age, such as day care centers, intermediate and extended care facilities, and certain community facilities.

  • Residential structure means a premises used or intended to be used for a residence purpose and related facilities appurtenant to the premises, used or intended to be used, as an adjunct of residential occupancy.
