Program Location. The Member School District is solely responsible for providing an appropriate space for the Programs within the Member School District at no cost to HVED. The Member School District will ensure that the services are provided to students in a classroom in the school district in which the student attends, or else in a room that is essentially equivalent to the regular education classroom.
