Unused Leave Days. K-12: A teacher with fifteen (15) years of service with Xxxxxxx-Xxx Public Schools shall be compensated for unused leave days at a rate of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per day up to 300 days. Teachers with 15 years of service with the district at the time of ratification shall not be held to the 300 day cap.

Unused Leave Days. Leave days shall accumulate to a total of forty-five (45) days. These days will be supported by a Board paid long term disability policy on each eligible employee. Upon termination or retirement after twelve (12) years of service, an employee shall receive a bonus payment equal to one (1) hour’s pay at the employee’s current hourly rate multiplied by the number of accumulated days.

Unused Leave Days. A SUPERINTENDENT who has been employed by the School District for ten (10) or more years, and who has accrued one hundred (100) leave days shall continue to earn leave days in accordance with Section B above; however, the Board agrees to pay $30.00 for each such leave day earned during a Contract year above the maximum of one hundred (100) days. Payment shall be made on the first scheduled pay date in July following the Contract year during which the leave days were earned and only if the SUPERINTENDENT is currently employed.   • Unused Sick Leave The accrual of unused sick leave hours is unlimited. The City and the Union commit to the evaluation and establishment of a mutually beneficial non-use of sick leave incentive and pay-out policy. Until such time that a policy is established, accumulated sick leave shall be compensated as follows: Upon retirement from the City service, an employee shall be paid sixty percent (60%) of his accumulated sick leave, with the rate of payment based upon his regular pay at the time he retires. Upon the death of an employee, his beneficiary shall be paid sixty percent (60%) of his accumulated unused sick leave, with the payment based upon his regular pay at the date of his death.

  • Leave Days 1. Each full-time teacher employed under regular contract shall be entitled to an annual allotment of thirteen (13) leave days. Such allotment shall be credited the first day of each school year and unused days shall be accumulated as sick leave to a total of one hundred eighty-two and one half (182.5) days. The teacher’s accumulated sick days may be used following use of 13 days and a doctor’s note with approval by Superintendent. Certificated staff with an accumulation of 182.5 days of accumulated sick leave shall be compensated at the end of each school year at the rate of the current daily certified substitute pay per each unused day above the 182.5 day accumulation. Such payments shall be made in July of each year. This money shall be placed in the teacher’s 403(b). If school corporation revenue in the Education Fund exceeds expenditures in the calendar year by an amount between $6,000 and $24,000, then the amount of that excess (minus compensation pay), not to exceed $18,000, shall be made available to fund a buyback of unused accumulated sick leave days on the following terms: Teachers shall have the option of selling up to ten (10) days, per round, of unused accumulated sick leave back to the school corporation at the daily rate of pay for a certified substitute teacher. This option will be offered to teachers in accordance with their seniority (total years of continuous service at Western Xxxxx) in the school corporation, with the teacher with the most seniority having priority to exercise the option, and it shall be available only to the extent of the total amount of money available as set forth above. Payment for these days shall be deposited in the individual teacher’s 403(b) plan, and upon payment those sick leave days shall no longer be available to the selling teacher. Said days must have been earned while the teacher has been employed in the school corporation. To participate in the program a teacher must maintain at all times a minimum balance of one hundred (100) days of accumulated sick leave. This method shall continue in successive rounds until the available money remaining less than daily rate of pay for a certified substitute teacher. If more money is available to the school corporation than is needed to fund the buy-backs exercised under this program, the school corporation may retain such money in its Education Fund. After selling a cumulative amount of eighty (80) days, teachers will receive a guaranteed buyback of any leave days over one hundred (100) remaining at the end of each school year.

  • Sick Leave Days Subject to paragraphs d) i-vi below, permanent full-time Teachers will be allocated eleven (11) sick days at one hundred percent (100%) salary in each school year. Teachers who are less than full-time shall have their sick leave allocation pro-rated.

  • Unused Line Fee Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly an unused line --------------- fee at a rate equal to three-eighths (3/8%) percent per annum calculated upon the amount by which the Revolving Loan Limit exceeds the average daily principal balance of the outstanding Revolving Loans and Letter of Credit Accommodations during the immediately preceding month (or part thereof) while this Agreement is in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding. Such fee shall be payable on the first day of each month in arrears.

  • Unused Revolving Line Facility Fee A fee (the “Unused Revolving Line Facility Fee”), payable quarterly, in arrears, on a calendar year basis, in an amount equal to one quarter of one percent (0.25%) per annum of the average unused portion of the Revolving Line, as determined by Bank.   • Bereavement Days In the case of bereavement of immediate family (as defined in article IX.G.1 below), employees will be given three (3) days that do not count against personal or sick leave. Additional bereavement days taken will be deducted from sick leave.

  • Unused Facility Fee A quarterly Unused Facility Fee equal to one quarter of one percent (0.25%) per annum of the difference between the Revolving Line and the average outstanding principal balance of Advances during the applicable quarter, which fee shall be payable within five (5) days of the last day of each such quarter and shall be nonrefundable; and

  • Unused Vacation ASF Members may accumulate unused vacation to any amount provided that once during each fiscal year each ASF Member's accumulation must be reduced to two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours or less, unless the President determines that the ASF Member is unable to utilize vacation leave because of the requirements of the individual’s assignment or because of physical incapacity. This reduction must be accomplished on or before last day of the fiscal year. If this reduction is not accomplished on or before the last day of the fiscal year, the ASF Member’s accumulation shall automatically be reduced to two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours effective on the last day of the fiscal year, and the amount of accumulation over two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours will transfer to the ASF Member’s bank of lapsed sick leave (See Article 18, section C, Subd.2). Vacation leave accrued during the pay period that includes the last day of a fiscal year, will be credited to each ASF Member’s balance after deductions are made for vacation used and/or reduced pursuant this Subdivision.
