UNION LEAVE REIMBURSEMENT. The Union agrees to pay the County for all release time expended by County employees representing the Union for any purpose other than meeting with management concerning grievances, arbitration, or in general negotiations. The involved employee will enter any such time expended in the designated area on the time sheet for Union release time. The County shall xxxx the Union for the amount of compensation paid to the employee for such time. The total compensation shall be computed at 1.26 times the "9" step salary rate. The Union shall reimburse the County no later than the end of the full biweekly pay period following the billing. If any billing is not paid within fifteen (15) days of the due date, the County is authorized to deduct the amount of that billing from the Union payroll deductions of employees in the unit. The County agrees that, except for business necessity, release time paid for by the Union shall not be denied.

UNION LEAVE REIMBURSEMENT. The purpose of Union Leave Reimbursement (ULR) is to permit Union officials and/or members to perform approved work for the benefit of the Union/bargaining unit. Upon completion of the approved work, the District will pay the approved employee for the hours worked. The union will in turn reimburse the District at the employee’s hourly rate, plus the percentage of deductions attached to that rate, including BOE Medicare and BOE PERA (involuntary deductions). Union Leave Reimbursement approval is granted by the local Union President or in the President’s absence, by the Vice President or the Financial/Secretary. All requests for ULR shall be submitted on the approved form, including all appropriate information and signatures.
UNION LEAVE REIMBURSEMENT a. Following Board approval in Fiscal Year 2016-17, Union Leave, reimbursed to the County, shall be available as follows:
UNION LEAVE REIMBURSEMENT. Employees on leave for union-related responsibilities will be granted leave with pay, and all wages, benefits and payroll related expenses incurred will be reimbursed to the Employer by the Union.
UNION LEAVE REIMBURSEMENT. Where the Union reimburses the Employer for wages paid to an employee away on Union business, the Union shall also pay an amount equal to twenty-eight (28%) of the employee’s rate of pay in lieu of the actual cost of health and welfare benefits.

  • Sick Leave Reimbursement An employee who has received sick leave benefits for injuries caused by a third party shall be obliged, in the event such employee undertakes an action for recovery of damages against the third party, to seek recovery of the total cost of wages and benefits paid to the employee while on sick leave. The employee shall be obliged to reimburse the Employer to the extent the employee succeeded in recovering such wages and benefits. This provision includes claims made to ICBC.

  • Mileage Reimbursement A. Subject to the current Vehicle Rules and Regulations established by the Board, an employee who is authorized to use a private automobile in the performance of duties shall be reimbursed for each mile driven in the performance of his or her duties during each monthly period as follows:

  • Union Leaves Employees on Union Leaves will be treated as provided in Article 18 (Q) while working on Union leave.

  • Travel Expense Reimbursement Pricing for services provided under this Contract are exclusive of any travel expenses that may be incurred in the performance of those services. Travel expense reimbursement may include personal vehicle mileage or commercial coach transportation, hotel accommodations, parking and meals; provided, however, the amount of reimbursement by Customers shall not exceed the amounts authorized for state employees as adopted by each Customer; and provided, further, that all reimbursement rates shall not exceed the maximum rates established for state employees under the current State Travel Management Program (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/procurement/prog/stmp/). Travel time may not be included as part of the amounts payable by Customer for any services rendered under this Contract. The DIR administrative fee specified in Section 5 below is not applicable to travel expense reimbursement. Anticipated travel expenses must be pre-approved in writing by Customer.

  • Union Leave (a) Upon receiving a written request at least one (1) week in advance from the Union, the Company will grant leave of absence for not more than two (2) employees at any one time to attend Union conferences, conventions, or workshops, providing that the combined leaves of absence will not exceed forty (40) working days in any one (1) calendar year. Such leaves of absence will be without pay but with maintenance and accumulation of benefits (normal payroll deductions to apply).

  • Course Reimbursement 15.9.1 Prior approval by the Department of Accountability & Staff and School Renewal is required.

  • Meal Reimbursement 1. If an employee is required to work one and one-half (1-1/2) hours before or beyond his/her normal working day or on overtime for emergency purposes or for extended work periods of five (5) or more hours in length on a day that is not the employee’s regular work day, and the employee is not exercising flexible work hours, the employee shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of a meal/food items not to exceed $18.00, plus tip (not to exceed 15%) and applicable taxes. Reimbursement is contingent upon the employee providing receipts.

  • Expense Reimbursement The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to time.

  • Travel Reimbursement 2.1 The County will only cover costs associated with travel on vendors outside a 50 mile radius from Xxxxxxxxxx County, Texas.

  • VACATION LEAVE WITH PAY 14.01 The vacation year shall be from April 1st of one calendar year to March 31st of the following calendar year inclusive.
