Presentation. The Letter of Credit Issuer may accept or pay any draft presented to it, regardless of when drawn and whether or not negotiated, if such draft, the other required documents and any transmittal advice are presented to the Letter of Credit Issuer and dated on or before the expiration date of the Letter of Credit under which such draft is drawn. Except insofar as instructions actually received may be given by the Borrower in writing expressly to the contrary with regard to, and prior to, the Letter of Credit Issuer's issuance of any Letter of Credit for the account of the Borrower and such contrary instructions are reflected in such Letter of Credit, the Letter of Credit Issuer may honor as complying with the terms of the Letter of Credit and with this Agreement any drafts or other documents otherwise in order signed or issued by an administrator, executor, conservator, trustee in bankruptcy, debtor in possession, assignee for benefit of creditors, liquidator, receiver or other legal representative of the party authorized under such Letter of Credit to draw or issue such drafts or other documents.
