Presentation. The Letter of Credit Issuer may accept or pay any draft presented to it, regardless of when drawn and whether or not negotiated, if such draft, the other required documents and any transmittal advice are presented to the Letter of Credit Issuer and dated on or before the expiration date of the Letter of Credit under which such draft is drawn. Except insofar as instructions actually received may be given by the Borrower in writing expressly to the contrary with regard to, and prior to, the Letter of Credit Issuer's issuance of any Letter of Credit for the account of the Borrower and such contrary instructions are reflected in such Letter of Credit, the Letter of Credit Issuer may honor as complying with the terms of the Letter of Credit and with this Agreement any drafts or other documents otherwise in order signed or issued by an administrator, executor, conservator, trustee in bankruptcy, debtor in possession, assignee for benefit of creditors, liquidator, receiver or other legal representative of the party authorized under such Letter of Credit to draw or issue such drafts or other documents.
Presentation. At any step of the grievance procedure, the State representative may determine it desirable to hold a grievance conference. If a grievance conference is scheduled, the grievant or a Union steward, or both, may attend without loss of compensation. A Union representative or job steward may request a meeting at the first or second step.
Presentation. During a planned orientation of new Bargaining Unit employees, one Union representative and/or staff representative shall be given an opportunity to speak briefly about the Union and its rights and obligations as an exclusive representative. No partisan political material, nor materials ridiculing individuals by name or obvious direct reference or detrimental to the Employer shall be contained in the presentation. Violation of this prohibition shall be cause for suspension and/or revocation of this right by the Employer. The Union representative making the presentation shall be a designated Union representative at the work location premises at which the presentation is made.
Presentation. Architect along with any involved consultant(s) shall present and review with the District and, if directed, with it’s the District’s governing board, the summary and detail of work involved in this Phase, including two dimensional renderings of any proposed facility suitable for public presentation.
Presentation. A member or his/her representative, or both, may present a grievance while on duty. On all grievances, two (2) designated representatives may participate in addition to having up to five (5) grievants or witnesses selected by the Association. Any increase in the number of witnesses beyond the above must be approved by the District. That approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Presentation. At any step of the grievance procedure, CCPOA may request that the State representative hold a grievance conference. If the State representative agrees to hold a grievance conference and a grievance conference is scheduled, the grievant and the CCPOA representative may attend without loss of compensation. The grievance conference will not be scheduled on the grievant’s RDO.
Presentation. An individual employee may elect to have the Union present an alleged grievance or elect to present an alleged grievance without the Union present. Such presentation shall be consistent with the terms of the Agreement. The Employer shall not agree to a resolution of a grievance presented by an individual employee until the Union has received a copy of the grievance and the proposed resolution and has been given ten (l0) workdays to file a response. If a grievance arises from the action of the immediate supervisor, the employee may request the involvement in the informal conference of another authority. If a grievance arises from the action of authority higher than the immediate supervisor, the employee may present such grievance at the appropriate step of the grievance procedure.
