More Definitions of Expense Reimbursement

Expense Reimbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.13.
Expense Reimbursement means an amount in cash of up to $500,000 in respect of Buyer’s documented out-of-pocket legal and due diligence expenses incurred in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (net of any amounts otherwise previously paid pursuant to Section 8.3(a)). The payment of the Expense Reimbursement shall be in lieu of any other agreement between Buyer and Seller with respect to the payment of Buyer’s expenses entered into before the date hereof.
