Shifts and Schedules. The Employer shall assign employees with percentage appointments of seventy- five (75) percent or more to shifts based on staffing needs, hours of operation, specific skills of employees, and other legitimate business reasons. The Employer agrees to meet with employees before each school term and break to consider input on the development of these schedules. The decision to assign employees to shifts, the length of the assigned shift, and the start and end time of shifts are at the discretion of the Employer.
