Rights Upon Recall. Employees who are recalled shall be reinstated with all rights formerly attained including accrued sick leave. The seniority date shall be adjusted to reflect the time on layoff but the employee shall otherwise retain all service credit held at the time of layoff. Employees recalled to their former classification shall be appointed to the step and range formerly held and credit toward the next salary anniversary date shall be continued, not including the time on layoff.

Rights Upon Recall. A recalled teacher shall be reinstated with no loss of seniority, tenure rights, accumulated sick leave, or salary schedule position.
Rights Upon Recall. Recalled employees will return to employment on a date specified by the Employer without loss of previously frozen seniority, accumulated leave and other benefits accrued prior to layoff. No laid off employee shall gain such benefits during the layoff period unless otherwise provided in this Agreement. In the event that an employee is unable to return to work due to illness or other emergency, his/her recall shall be extended up to an additional thirty (30) calendar days. Any employee who has lost his/her position as a result of bumping shall be given preference, if qualified, for his/her previous position, if it becomes available within the following eighteen (18) months.

The seniority date shall be adjusted to reflect the time on layoff but the employee shall otherwise retain all service credit held at the time of layoff. Employees recalled to their former classification shall be appointed to the step and range formerly held and credit toward the next salary anniversary date shall be continued, not including the time on layoff.

The TENANT agrees to pay, as additional rent, all reasonable Attorneys’ fees and other expenses incurred by the LANDLORD in enforcing any obligations under this lease.

  • Transition of Registry upon Termination of Agreement text for intergovernmental organizations or governmental entities or other special circumstances: “Transition of Registry upon Termination of Agreement. Registry Operator agrees that ICANN may make any changes it deems necessary to the IANA database for DNS and WHOIS records with respect to the TLD in the event of a transition of the TLD pursuant to this Section 4.5. In addition, ICANN or its designee shall retain and may enforce its rights under the Continued Operations Instrument, regardless of the reason for termination or expiration of this Agreement.”]

  • Rights Upon Event of Default (a) As long as an Event of Default under this Agreement remains unremedied, Holders of not less than 50% of the outstanding Class Principal Balance of the Original Notes (in each case the outstanding Class Principal Balance of the Original Notes will be determined without regard to any exchanges of Class M Notes for MAC Notes) to which such Event of Default relates may, by written notice to Freddie Mac, declare such Notes due and payable and accelerate the maturity of such Notes. In the event that Class M Notes have been exchanged for MAC Notes, Holders of such MAC Notes will be entitled to exercise all the voting or direction rights that are allocated to such exchanged Class M Notes as described herein. Upon such acceleration, the Class Principal Balance of such Notes and the interest accrued thereon shall be due and payable.

  • Termination of Recall Rights The layoff shall be a termination of employment and recall rights shall lapse if the layoff lasts for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive months without recall.
