District Teaching Experience Sample Clauses

District Teaching Experience. Credit for all teaching experience in District #204 will be given except as expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement. When transferring from part-time to full-time within this district pro rata credit will be given. Returning part-time teachers (0.6 FTE and above) will receive pro rata salary credit. Two years of 0.5 FTE will advance the employee one year on the salary schedule.

Related to District Teaching Experience

  • Teaching Experience Teaching experience will be credited on a year-for-year basis for each full-time teaching year or equivalent. Acceptable teaching experience includes pre-college, college, and university teaching.

  • Academic Year Academic Year is defined as beginning with the start of fall semester and ending with the completion of spring semester.
