The purpose of this policy is to restate and reaffirm that, according to Federal and State law and county policy, the county will take all reasonable steps to prevent, prohibit, and take appropriate action against harassment in the workplace. The policy also clarifies what constitutes harassment, and explains the procedures involved in investigating and resolving harassment complaints.
