Reasonable and Necessary Expenses. In addition to the compensation provided for in Section 4, the Company shall reimburse Employee for all reasonable, customary and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of Employee’s duties hereunder. Employee shall first account for such expenses in accordance with the policies and procedures set by the Company from time to time for reimbursement of such expenses. The amount, nature, and extent of such expenses shall always be subject to the control, supervision and direction of the Company and its Chief Executive Officer.

Reasonable and Necessary Expenses. The fact that bills were incurred and submitted does not necessarily mean that they were reasonable and necessary. If the bills arose from an injury suffered in the accident, a medical service is medically necessary and, therefore, compensable and properly due and payable under the PIP provisions of the policy, if the treatment is calculated to prevent, diagnose, prevent the worsening of, alleviate, or ease, correct, or cure conditions that cause suffering or pain. The requirement is satisfied if it is shown that the treatment was rendered by a competent provider and represented a bona fide effort to ease or treat an injury.
Reasonable and Necessary Expenses. In addition to the compensation provided for in Section 4 hereof, the Company shall reimburse Employee for all reasonable, customary, and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of Employee's duties hereunder. Hotel and other travel accommodations shall be of a class of service mutually agreed upon by the Company and Employee.

Xxxxxxxx'x status as Founder of the Company, and the substantial travel demands placed upon Xx. Xxxxxxxx as Chairman and Chief of Advertising, Press and Public Relations, as well as those demands associated with writing, preparing, publishing, selling and promoting his autobiography, it is expected that the Company shall make available for Xx. Xxxxxxxx'x business use a chartered Challenger aircraft, or its equivalent, when and where practicable.
