Public Protection. During non-working hours the jobsite’s gates shall be locked. No trespassing signs shall be posted in conspicuous areas on the perimeter of the project to warn the public to stay out of the site. Manned security will be implemented during non-work hours in the evenings and weekends. All visitors will be required to sign-in at the Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx office trailer. B & G management will be responsible for making sure all visitors are accompanied on the project and are informed of site personal protective equipment requirements.
Public Protection. LICENSEE’S use of the beach sites is non-exclusive and shall make adequate provisions for the protection of the public who use the beach sites. LICENSEE and/or his or her contractor shall take all reasonable measures to insure public safety during the course of the work, including the transportation of equipment and materials through the County-owned property. This shall include barricades, fencing, and/or other warning devices necessary to protect the public from injuries. COUNTY reserves the right to require LICENSEE to suspend or relocate activities if necessary or desirable to accommodate other uses of the beach sites.

County: California Highway Patrol CHCSA: The CHCSA recommends traffic regulations for community roadways and regional roadways within the Project area for adoption by the County (subject to State law). Fire Protection. County: No responsibilities. CHCSA: No responsibilities. Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District: Project area is within the Fire District. Fire District will continue to provide fire protection services in the Project area. Ambulance. County: No responsibilities. CHCSA: No responsibilities. Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District: Project area is within the Fire District that will continue to provide ambulance services. Animal Control. County: County will provide animal control services. CHCSA: No responsibilities. Vector Control and Mosquito Abatement. County: No responsibilities. CHCSA: No responsibilities.
Public Protection. The CONTRACTOR agrees to install and maintain the necessary warning signs and protective devices at locations where work is being performed to prevent accidents to the public or damage to the property and personnel of the OWNER or the general public. At all times, the CONTRACTOR shall adhere to all applicable Mississippi D.O.T safety regulations including, but not limited to, local, county, state and federal regulations.
Public Protection. 7.1 Where the Work under this agreement is performed or is to be performed at, or maintained, or in the vicinity of any place to which people have or may gain access, including privately-owned adjacent lands, the Contractor shall do all things necessary to protect each and every person from personal injury (including death) caused or contributed to by any act or acts or omissions of the Contractor, its employees, Subcontractors, engineers or any other agents or in any way connected with the performance or maintenance of the Work by the Contractor. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or the responsibility of the Contractor to assure the protection of the public as hereinbefore provided, the Director may instruct the Contractor:
Public Protection. Whenever openings are made in any public street in connection with the performance of the Work, Contractor, when required by DLC or the responsible authorities, shall cover such openings with durable material installed in a manner sufficient to support vehicular traffic and in a manner approved by those responsible authorities. Such material shall be in place whenever Contractor is not actively engaged in the performance of Work in or about such openings and shall be maintained in good condition by Contractor. Contractor shall exercise all reasonable precautions, including the construction or erection of barricades, signs and warning lights to protect the public and the public's property. Where required for the safety or convenience of the public or the affected property owner, Contractor shall construct or erect temporary access bridges or platforms over excavations at crosswalks, driveways or entrances to adjoining properties.

The Airport Director shall provide, or cause to be provided, during the Term of this Concession Lease, all proper and appropriate public fire and police protection similar to that afforded to other Airport tenants or licensees in the Airport, and it will issue and enforce rules and regulations with respect thereto for all portions of the Airport. Concessionaire shall comply with the Airport Security Plan and shall have the right, but shall not be obligated, to provide such additional or supplemental public protection as it may desire, but such right, whether or not exercised by Concessionaire, shall not in any way be construed to limit or reduce the obligations of the County hereunder.
