Federal and State Law. Consultant shall keep itself fully informed of and in compliance with all local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations in any manner affecting the performance of the Services, including all Cal/OSHA requirements, and shall give all notices required by law. Consultant shall be liable for all violations of such laws and regulations in connection with Services. If Consultant performs any work knowing it to be contrary to such laws, rules and regulations and without giving written notice to District, Consultant shall be solely responsible for all costs arising therefrom.
Federal and State Law. A. Nothing contained herein shall deny to any teacher rights under State or Federal Constitutions or laws.
B. A grievant shall not use the grievance procedure to appeal any decision of the Board or administration if such decision is pursuant to any order of or written agreement with any State or Federal regulatory commission or agency or any court order.
Federal and State Law. The compensation structure set forth below reflects the intent of the parties but is subject to change, by mutual agreement of the parties, to comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Federal and State Law. These rules shall at all times be construed in a manner consistent with the provisions of any pertinent federal and state laws and regulations.

Federal and State Law. Nothing shall preclude the application to the Project or the Property of changes in federal or state laws. To the extent any changes in federal or state laws prevent or preclude compliance with one or more provisions of this Agreement or development of the Property in conformance with the Project, the parties agree that the provisions of this Agreement shall be modified, extended, or suspended, as may be required to comply with such federal or state laws. Each party agrees to extend to the other prompt and reasonable cooperation in so modifying this Agreement.
Federal and State Law. In addition to the above, employees may be entitled to additional leave without pay under Federal or State law (information available from the USD 266 Superintendent of Schools).
Federal and State Law. (a) All Contractor’s services under this Contract shall be performed in material compliance with the applicable Federal and State laws and regulations in effect at the time of performance, except when imposition of a newly enacted or revised law or regulation would result in an unconstitutional impairment of this Contract.
(b) The Contractor will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that Contractor's professional and managerial staff maintain a working knowledge and understanding of all Federal and State laws, regulations, and administrative code appropriate for the performance of their respective duties, as well as contemplated changes in such law which affect or may affect any of the following:
(1) The administration of employer-provided health insurance pharmacy benefits by governmental plans generally.
(2) Pharmacy benefits and claims under the group health insurance plans of Wis. Stat. §§ 40.51 and 40.52.
(3) The performance of Contractor's responsibilities under this Contract.
(c) In the event Contractor, in its capacity as the contracted agent for the administration of pharmacy benefits and claims, requires clarification or interpretation of Federal or State law, regulation, or administrative code, or of any change in the Uniform Benefits, Guidelines, or Standard Plan, the Contractor shall advise the Board, requesting clarification or interpretation in writing. With the approval of the Department, the Contractor may suspend performance with respect to affected matters, to the extent that such performance is unreasonable or impossible, until the clarification or interpretation is received.
Federal and State Law. In the event that either Federal or State law is modified or amended to further reduce the maximum working hours of a Fire Fighter before overtime must be paid, either party reserves the right, upon written request, to reopen this contract for negotiations on schedule and salary.
Federal and State Law. Leave provisions shall be a part of any comparable leave provided by Federal and/or State law and shall not be an addition.
