PROJECT RULES. A. The Construction Manager and the Contractors shall establish such reasonable Program Work rules that are not inconsistent with this Agreement or rules common in the industry and are reasonably related to the nature of work. These rules will be explained at the pre-job conference and posted at the Program Work sites and may be amended thereafter as necessary. Notice of amendments will be provided to the appropriate Local Union. Failure of an employee to observe these rules and regulations shall be grounds for discipline, including discharge. The fact that no order was posted prohibiting a certain type of misconduct shall not be a defense to an employee disciplined or discharged for such misconduct when the action taken is for cause.

PROJECT RULES. The Project Management Firm and the Contractors shall establish such reasonable Project rules as are appropriate for the good order of the Project, provided they do not violate the terms of this agreement. These rules will be explained at the pre-job conference and posted at the Project site and may be amended thereafter as necessary. Failure of an employee to observe these rules and regulations shall be grounds for discipline, including discharge. The fact that no order was posted prohibiting a certain type of misconduct shall not be a defense to an employee disciplined or discharged for such misconduct when the action taken is for cause.
PROJECT RULES. 25.01 It is recognized that in an operation of this kind, the Company and the Union have interests in the rules governing the performance of the work under this Agreement. It is agreed that such Project rules and regulations including Company Corrective Action Policy will be prepared and distributed among the employees on the Project site by the Company and provided such rules do not conflict with or contravene terms of this Agreement or its appendices.

PROJECT RULES. It is agreed by the Union that all of the employees covered by this Article shall be made aware of project-specific rules and regulations by the employer at the time of their assignment, and that they shall be bound by them throughout the duration of their assignment to that project.
PROJECT RULES. The following Project Rules are additional provisions of the foregoing Lease to which they are attached.
