Cooperative Efforts. The Contractors and Unions agree that they will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of creed, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, marital status, citizenship status, disability, age or any other status provided by law, in any manner prohibited by law or regulation.
Cooperative Efforts a. The presence of the SRO/SRO Deputy at the school is not intended to usurp the rights and responsibilities of the principal to enforce the rules of the student conduct code and to administer discipline in the school.
Cooperative Efforts. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, each of the parties hereto will use its commercially reasonable efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all action, or to do, or cause to be done, all things necessary, proper or advisable under applicable laws and regulations to consummate and make effective the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including, without limitation, obtaining all consents and approvals of all Persons and Governmental or Regulatory Authorities and removing any injunctions or other impairments or delays or otherwise which are necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

It is recognized that special procedures maybe established by Contractors and Local Unions and the New Jersey State Department of Labor for the training and employment of persons who have not previously qualified to be employed on construction projects of the type covered by this Agreement. The parties to this Agreement will assist in such programs and agree to use their best efforts to ensure that the goals for female and minority employment are met on this Project.
Cooperative Efforts. 4.1 Each Party shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to apply, as soon as practicable after the signing of this Agreement, for all necessary government approvals and consents to enable such Party to conclude the transactions contemplated herein, and each Party shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to assist the other Party in obtaining such approvals and consents.
Cooperative Efforts. Both parties to this Agreement shall exercise their best efforts to fully cooperate with each other in the performance of the operations consulting services to be rendered hereunder; provided, however, that it shall be within the sole discretion of Pawnee to determine whether or not to act upon or implement the technical assistance, consultation or advice provided by Lakes.
Cooperative Efforts. Both parties to this Agreement shall exercise their best efforts to fully cooperate with each other in the performance of the services to be rendered hereunder provided, however, that it shall be within the sole discretion of the Tribes to determine whether to act upon or implement the technical assistance, consultation or advice provided by Consultant. The Consultant shall use its best efforts to provide all consulting services requested by the Tribes pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. E.
Cooperative Efforts. This Agreement shall be liberally construed in order to promote a harmonious relationship between the parties with regard to the provision of the BCC. The parties covenant to furnish their best skill and judgment and to fully and effectively cooperate with each other to accomplish the purpose and intent of this Agreement. In the event a problem arises that this Agreement does not directly or indirectly address, the parties agree to work with one another to determine a mutually satisfactory solution.
Cooperative Efforts. Each party shall use commercially reasonable --------------------- efforts to develop, market, and otherwise further the Online Program. Each party shall cooperate with and assist the other party in all aspects of the Online Program. The Online Program shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for the duration of the Term of this Agreement, unless the parties mutually agree to terminate this Agreement.
Cooperative Efforts. The Company and Union agree to mutually cooperate in their efforts to promote harmony and efficiency among all the Company's employees. It is recognized that the Company and its employees are obligated to perform essential public services and that these services must be continuously performed in a courteous, on-time, competent, efficient and safe manner. This Agreement has as its purpose the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences, the promotion of economical transportation services, and the settlement of disputes.
