Project Implementation Manual. The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.
Project Implementation Manual. 1. The Recipient shall implement the Project in accordance with the Project implementation manual containing detailed guidelines and procedures for the implementation of the Project, including with respect to: administration and coordination, monitoring and evaluation, financial management, procurement and accounting procedures, environmental and social safeguards, corruption and fraud mitigation measures, a grievance redress mechanism, personal data collection and processing in accordance with good international practice, roles and responsibilities for Project implementation, and such other arrangements and procedures as shall be required for the effective implementation of the Project, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association (“Project Implementation Manual”).
Project Implementation Manual. 1. The Recipient shall carry out the Project, and cause the Project Implementing Entity to carry out the Respective Parts of the Project, in accordance with the provisions of a manual satisfactory to the Association (the Project Implementation Manual).
Project Implementation Manual. (a) The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the arrangements and procedures set out in the Project Implementation Manual, provided, however, that in case of any conflict between the arrangements and procedures set out in these manuals and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
Project Implementation Manual. The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual and shall not amend or waive any provision of the Project Implementation Manual without the Association’s prior written agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual and this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern.

The Recipient shall adopt a project implementation manual, in form and substance satisfactory to the World Bank, containing detailed arrangements and procedures for: (a) institutional coordination and day-to-day execution of the Project; (b) Project budgeting, disbursement and financial management; (c) procurement; (d) environmental and social safeguard guidelines; (e) monitoring, evaluation, reporting and communication; and (f) such other administrative, financial, technical and organizational arrangements and procedures as shall be required for the Project.
