Project Manager Responsibilities. The Project Manager will provide permitting and technical support activities for the County identified in the Scope of Work attached as Exhibit A. The County will be solely responsible for directing the Project Manager’s activities. The Parties agree that PacifiCorp, CDFW, and the Renewal Corporation will have no role directing or supervising the Project Manager’s activities other than as required to facilitate cost forecasting, invoicing, and timely payment of the costs of the Project Manager’s services and to document adherence of those services to the Scope of Work.

Project Manager Responsibilities. The Project Managers shall: (i) serve as the primary point of contact between the Parties; (ii) coordinate the Parties’ undertakings and activities in connection with this Agreement, including, without limitation, defining and tracking the statements of work and facilitating project reviews (with a steering committee, if necessary);
Project Manager Responsibilities. Each Party’s Project Manager shall manage that Party’s activities under this Agreement, understand the obligations of that Party under this Agreement, regularly discuss work progress with the other Party’s Project Manager, and collaborate with the other Party’s Project Manager to identify barriers to success, key issues and issues-resolution options for the activities contemplated in this Agreement. The Project Managers shall hold regular status meetings with additional relevant representatives of each Party to discuss progress.
Project Manager Responsibilities. The PROJECT MANAGERS, through their mutual written consent, shall have authority and be responsible for the following: i) proposing and developing any modifications to the provisions of the applicable PROJECT ATTACHMENT, and, subject to the written mutual approval of an authorized signatory of each party, make mutually acceptable changes to the obligations of the PROJECT ATTACHMENT, provided such changes clearly indicate any changes to the current payment stream and any impact on future deliveries; ii) submitting and receiving any items and documents required to be delivered; iii) maintaining, for record keeping purposes, a log summarizing all material communications and deliveries between the PROJECT MANAGERS; iv) implementing appropriate practices and procedures to address the security and confidentiality of items delivered and information exchanged; and v) such other responsibilities as the parties shall mutually agree in writing. Unless specifically identified as such, the PROJECT MANAGERS are not authorized signatories for their respective companies.
