PRINTING OF THE AGREEMENT. The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement, and his/her obligations under it. For the term of this Collective Agreement, the Union shall print sufficient copies of the Agreement and the costs shall be shared equally between the parties. In this Agreement including the printed form thereof, titles shall be descriptive only and shall form no part of the interpretation of the Agreement by the parties or an Arbitration Board.

For this reason, the Union shall print sufficient copies of the Agreement for distribution to employees on staff, and the Employer will share the cost of printing and distributing the Agreement.

Copies of the Agreement titled: "Agreement between the Broward Teachers Union-Education Support Professionals and The School Board of Broward County, Florida" shall, after approval by the Superintendent and a BTU-ESP representative, be posted on both the School Board and BTU-ESP websites after the Agreement is signed, and shall be presented through CAB with a link to both websites to all unit employees, employed or hereafter employed by the Board.
PRINTING OF THE AGREEMENT. 21.1 The Union will undertake the responsibility for the printing of the Collective Agreement as may be required from time to time and the Company will absorb the cost of such printing.
PRINTING OF THE AGREEMENT. 47.01 The Association and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement, and her/his rights and obligations under it. For this reason the Employer shall print sufficient copies of the Agreement for distribution to employees. The Agreement shall be printed at the Queen’s Printer and bear a recognized Union label. The Association and Employer shall agree on the size, print, colour and cover of the Agreement prior to it being printed. The Employer shall print the Agreement no later than 75 days after the completion of negotiations. The Employer and the Association shall each bear one-half of the printing costs.
PRINTING OF THE AGREEMENT. Each party to the collective bargaining agreement shall bear its own printing costs; however, during the term of the agreement, the Department of Management Services shall maintain a copy of the Agreement on its website.
PRINTING OF THE AGREEMENT. 36.1 The University will make this Agreement available on the University’s web site and provide a copy to the Union in an electronic format. Each party will be responsible for the printing of the Agreement for their constituents.
PRINTING OF THE AGREEMENT. 1. Printing of the Agreement shall take place as soon as practicable after ratification of each new Collective Agreement.

The Committee and the Federation agree to share equally the cost of reproducing the Agreement and in sufficient quantity to distribute a copy to each member of the bargaining unit employed by the Committee and to each member of the Committee and administration and additional copies as requested by the Federation and the Committee.
PRINTING OF THE AGREEMENT. 45:01 The Collective Agreement will be posted on the University’s Human Resources and Equity website and the link to said website will be provided to all employees in the bargaining unit. The Employer will supply the Union with an electronic copy and two hundred (200) printed copies of the Agreement.
