Printing of Agreement. The Employer and the Union will share equally the cost of printing sufficient copies of this Agreement for distribution by the Union. The content of the cover to this Agreement shall be determined by mutual agreement between the parties.
Printing of Agreement. The College shall be responsible for the timely reproduction of this Agreement. Prior to printing this Agreement, both parties shall share proofreading and agree upon the contents. The cost of such reproduction shall be shared equally by the College and the Union.
Printing of Agreement. The Union shall make arrangements for the printing of this Agreement, the cost of which the Board agrees to share with the Union. The Agreement shall be printed in a timely manner, within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days of execution of the Agreement.
Printing of Agreement. The cost of printing the Collective Agreement booklets will be shared equally by the Council and the Union subject to mutual agreement as to format and production arrangements.
Printing of Agreement. The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement, and his/her obligations under it. For the term of this Collective Agreement, the Union shall print sufficient copies of the Agreement and the costs shall be shared equally between the parties. The employer shall be provided with at least one hundred (100) copies of the printed collective agreement and further copies upon request. In this Agreement including the printed form thereof, titles shall be descriptive only and shall form no part of the interpretation of the Agreement by the parties or an Arbitration Board.
Printing of Agreement. Not later than 90 days following the ratification of this Agreement, copies of this Agreement shall be printed at the University’s expense. The University shall provide the AAUP-WSU with 700 copies of the Tenure Eligible and Tenured (TET) Faculty Agreement and 350 copies of the Non-Tenure Eligible (NTE) Faculty Agreement free of charge. The AAUP-WSU will distribute at least one copy of the Agreement to each Member of the respective Bargaining Unit. Further, the AAUP-WSU or its Members may purchase additional copies at cost.

Printing of Agreement. 43.1 The College will post the Agreement electronically on the College’s website, which will ensure that employees will have electronic access to the Agreement. The College will provide a copy to the Union in electronic format. The Union will be responsible for the printing and distribution of the Agreement to shop stewards.
