Not A Business Day. Whenever any payment pursuant to this Agreement shall be due, any period of time shall begin or end, any calculation is to be made or any other action is to be taken on, or as of, or from a period ending on, a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made, such period of time shall begin or end, and such other actions shall be taken, as the case may be, on, or as of, or from a period ending on, the next succeeding Business Day.
Not A Business Day. Except for any notice or other communication deemed received under clause 25.1(b), if any notice or other communication is not received on a Business Day, or is not received before 10.00am on any Business Day, that notice or other communication will be deemed to have been duly received by the recipient at 9.00 am on the next Business Day.
Not A Business Day. In the event that any day on which any act is to be done, any step is to be taken or any event is to have occurred, is not a Business Day, then such act shall be done, or step shall be taken or event shall be deemed to have occurred on or before the requisite time (if any) on the next succeeding Business Day.
Not A Business Day. If any payment to be made hereunder becomes due and payable on a day other than a Business Day, the due date thereof shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day and interest thereon shall be payable at the applicable Contract Rate during such extension.
Not A Business Day. In the event that any day on or before which any action is required to be taken hereunder is not a Business Day, then such action shall be required to be taken on or before the requisite time on the first Business Day thereafter.
