Examples of Permanently Disabled in a sentence
If Grantee dies or becomes Permanently Disabled during the period that Grantee is deemed to be in the continuous employ of the Company or a Subsidiary pursuant to Section 4(b), 4(d) or 4(e), then the RSUs will immediately Vest in full upon Grantee’s death or Permanent Disability, except that if Section 4(e) applies, the RSUs will immediately Vest only to the extent that the RSUs would have become Vested during the severance period pursuant to Section 4(e).
If Grantee dies or becomes Permanently Disabled (as defined below) while employed by the Company or any Subsidiary, then the RSUs will immediately Vest in full upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s death or Permanent Disability.
