Calculation of Time. For the purposes of this Agreement, “days” refers to calendar days unless otherwise specified.
Calculation of Time. All periods of time referred to herein shall include Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays in the State of Oregon, except that, if the last day of any period falls on any Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, the period shall be extended to include the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.

Unless otherwise specified, time periods within or following which any payment is to be made or act is to be done shall be calculated by excluding the day on which the period commences and including the day on which the period ends. Where the last day of any such time period is not a Business Day, such time period shall be extended to the next Business Day following the day on which it would otherwise end.

In this Agreement, a period of days shall be deemed to begin on the first day after the event which began the period and to end at 5:00 p.m. Toronto time on the last day of the period. If any period of time is to expire hereunder on any day that is not a Business Day, the period shall be deemed to expire at 5:00 p.m. Toronto time on the next succeeding Business Day.

When calculating the period of time within which or following which any act is to be done or step taken pursuant to this Agreement, the date which is the reference date in calculating such period shall be excluded. If the last day of such period is a non Business Day, the period in question shall end on the next Business Day.

Where the reference is to business days, periods of time referred to herein shall exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays observed by the City. Whenever a time period is set forth in days in this Contract, the first day from which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included.
Calculation of Time. Wherever in this Agreement a period of time is stated in a number of days, it shall be deemed to mean calendar days. However, when any period of time so stated would end upon a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, such period shall be deemed to end upon the next day following that is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.
