Part-Time Compensation. A part-time employee shall be paid a monthly salary in the same ratio to the full time monthly rate to which the employee would be entitled as a full time employee under the provisions of this Section 5 as the number of hours per week in the employee's part-time work schedule bears to the number of hours in the full time work schedule of the department.

Part-Time Compensation. For informational purposes only: In connection with a part-time assignment (a teacher teaching less than a full-time assignment for a day), the contract salary shall be computed by multiplying the full-time salary times the percentage determined from dividing the length of the time the teacher is required to be present plus the appropriate proportion of the preparation time by the total length of the regular teacher day.
Part-Time Compensation. An employee in a permanent part-time position shall be paid a monthly salary in the same ratio to the full-time monthly rate to which the employee would be entitled as a full-time employee under the provisions of this Section 5 as the number of hours per week in the employee's part-time work schedule bears to the number of hours in the full-time work schedule of the department. If employment is permanent-intermittent, depending on departmental requirements, payment for hours worked shall be made at the hourly rate established for the step of the salary range at which an employee is appointed. The County shall determine the differential paid to permanent-intermittent employees, provided it is no less than fifteen percent (15%) of the hourly rate.
Part-Time Compensation. The Company shall pay to the Executive as basic compensation for all services rendered by the Executive during the Part-Time Employment Term of this Agreement a basic salary of $2,400 per month. Part-Time Compensation. Staff members who are employed under 30 written contract to teach at the secondary level (7-12) for less than full time shall be 31 compensated on the basis of the number of periods assigned per day, (e.g., if a teacher 32 is assigned to teach one (1) period in a five (5) period teaching day, then he/she shall 33 receive one-fifth (1/5) pay; two (2) periods, two-fifth (2/5) pay, etc.). Such staff members 34 shall be required to fulfill that portion of the seven (7) hours normal work day, excluding 35 the duty-free lunch period, as their compensated ratio bears to seven (7) hours, (e.g., 36 two fifths (2/5) of seven (7) hours to fulfill teaching assignments and/or planning and 37 availability to parents and pupils on the school site). In addition, such staff member may 38 be required to fulfill his/her proportionate equitable share of assignments as provided for
Part-Time Compensation. Effective upon the date of ratification of this Agreement, part-time Employees will receive Ten and one half percent (10.5%) of their gross earnings in lieu of Employee benefits.
