Section 5. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(f) of Attachment A (Description of Generation, Conversion and Storage Facility) to this Agreement.

Section 5. MEANS FOR IMPLEMENTATION

Section 5 means Section 5 of the NVRA, 52 U.S.C. § 20504.

Section 5. The employer agrees to replace the bargaining unit officer’s vest or body armor if such vest is worn or used in the line of duty. The vest will be replaced with the same or better quality and threat level. Vest replacement will be based upon manufacturer’s recommendation.

However, the Lessee shall be responsible for (a) its equipment and any improvements the Lessee makes to the leased space or (b) repair costs associated with improper use by the Lessee of any structural members of the building or the mechanical systems that are used as part of the building.

Section 5 or "this SECTION 5" shall be deemed to include EXHIBIT B.
