Out of Scope Services. Axon is only responsible to perform the professional services described in the Quote and this Appendix. Any additional professional services are out of scope. The Parties must document scope changes in a written and signed change order. Changes may require an equitable adjustment in the charges or schedule.
Out of Scope Services. The ASE is responsible to perform only the Services described in this Appendix. Any additional Services discussed or implied that are not defined explicitly in this Appendix will be considered out of the scope.
Out of Scope Services. If Customer requires support that goes beyond what is described in this Schedule, including for example training and on-site services, such services may be available for purchase from Entrust pursuant to a separate written Agreement.
Out of Scope Services. If, during any Service Visit, JCI detects a defect in any of Customer’s equipment that is not Covered Equipment under this Agreement (an “Out of Scope Defect”), JCI may (but shall have no obligation to) notify Customer of such Out of Scope Defect. If Customer elects for JCI to repair such Out of Scope Defect, or if JCI otherwise performs any Services or provides any materials, parts, or equipment outside the scope of the Services (collectively, “Out of Scope Services”), Customer shall direct JCI to perform such Out of Scope Services in writing, and Customer shall pay for such Out of Scope Services at JCI’s standard fees or hourly rates. If, after receiving notice of an Out of Scope Defect, Customer elects not to engage JCI to repair such Out of Scope Defect, Customer shall defend and indemnify JCI from and against any and all losses, damages, claims, costs and expenses arising directly or indirectly out of such Out of Scope Defect. Any Out of Scope Services performed by JCI at the direction of Customer pursuant to this Section shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Out of Scope Services. This SOW contains the agreed upon terms and conditions that shall govern Contractor’s performance of the Services described herein. The Services provided for in this SOW and for which Contractor shall be compensated in accordance with Section 9, herein, shall not be interpreted, implied, or assumed to include any other Service(s), including additional or changed services, not specifically described in this Section 2, Scope of Additional Services. Any and all requested or required services or change orders (hereinafter “Out of Scope Services”) may be provided in accordance with the Master Agreement and, specifically, Section 13, Additional Services.
Out of Scope Services. Where Oppizi provides the Client with services that are outside the scope of the services to be provided by Oppizi as set out in a Statement of Work, the Client must pay a further Fee or Oppizi’s standard hourly rates for providing that service, which standard hourly rates may be as amended by Oppizi from time to time, or which may otherwise be set out in a Statement of Work.
Out of Scope Services. The TAM is responsible to perform only the Services described in this Appendix. Any additional Services discussed or implied that are not defined explicitly in this Appendix will be considered out of the scope.
Out of Scope Services. In the course of providing Services to Client, Provider may determine that certain tasks or objectives may be recommended or advisable to accomplish the Objectives as defined in this Agreement but whose scope falls outside of that defined by this Agreement. In this event, Provider will request approval and authorization from Client to provide such additional services by means of submitting an estimate and Statement of Work for the proposed tasks or objectives. In the event the Client does not approve said estimate, the Provider shall offer the Client a suitable alternative, if one exists, using the same process. The Client will be notified if no suitable alternative exists and the effects of Client’s non-approval of said services.
Out of Scope Services. TASER is responsible to perform only the Services described on the Quote. Any additional services discussed or implied that are not defined explicitly by the Quote will be considered out of the scope.
Out of Scope Services. 34.1. From time to time, Transnet may require services from the Service Provider that are outside the scope of the Service Towers contracted for under the Agreement (“Out of Scope Services” and “Out of Scope” shall have a corresponding meaning). Such Out of Scope Services shall be prepared in line with existing Transnet procurement policy in force at such time.
