Out of Scope. The Services always exclude (i) the provision of any software or services that are not specified by Siemens in the Specification Documents, even if they interoperate with the Services; (ii) the transmission of data or software to and from the exit of the wide area network of the data centers used by us to provide the respective Service; and (iii) any hardware intended for the connection of devices, systems, or other equipment to the Platform other than explicitly specified in the Specification Documents. You are responsible for securing and maintaining an internet connection and suitable connectivity to the Services at your own expense.
Out of Scope. The Services always exclude (i) the provision of any software or services that are not provided to you by Siemens (including Applications or on-premises software provided by Third Parties and external websites), even if they interoperate with the Services, can be accessed from the Services, or are offered in an online marketplace provided by Siemens; (ii) the transmission of data or software to and from the exit of the wide area network of the data centers used by us to provide the respective Service; and (iii) any hardware intended for the connection of devices, systems, or other equipment to the Platform. You are responsible for securing and maintaining an internet connection and suitable connectivity to the Services at your own expense.
Out of Scope. An employee who is assigned by the Company to relieve an employee excluded from the bargaining unit for a period of one (1) hour or more, shall receive a minimum of one ($1.00) dollar per hour in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay for all time worked by such employee while so relieving.
Out of Scope. Any contractual relationship regarding Third Party Content is solely between Customer and the relevant third party vendor and may be governed by separate terms made available by Siemens with or as part of Third Party Content. Siemens will have no responsibility for Third Party Content or Customer’s use of such Third Party Content. Cloud Services specifically exclude (i) access to the internet or any other network, (ii) suitable connectivity or any other resources necessary for accessing or using Cloud Services, and (iii) the transmission of Content to and from the exit of the wide area network of the data centers used by Siemens to provide Cloud Services.
Out of Scope. Activities outside the scope of the TAM include, but are not limited to:
Out of Scope. (a) Out of Scope services will be charged in accordance with the time and materials “Out of Scope” hourly rate specified in the Client Agreement or if not so specified at the applicable standard Out of Scope hourly rate charged by Powernet from time to time.

Cloud Services specifically exclude Third Party Content, even if such Third Party Content interoperates with Cloud Services, can be accessed on or from Cloud Services, or is offered in an online marketplace provided by Siemens or any of its affiliates or business partners. Any contractual relationship regarding Third Party Content is solely between Customer and the relevant third party vendor and may be governed by separate terms made available by Siemens with or as part of Third Party Content. Siemens will have no responsibility for Third Party Content or Customer’s use of such Third Party Content. Cloud Services also specifically exclude (i) access to the internet or any other network, (ii) suitable connectivity or any other resources necessary for accessing or using Cloud Services, and (iii) the transmission of Content to and from the exit of the wide area network of the data centers used by Siemens to provide Cloud Services.
Out of Scope. The Contractor shall not be responsible for; Carrying out any services and/or obligations contained in the Work Package or Work Request Form set out at section 2.0 of this FSC; Management and/or direction of the Sub-Contractor; Assurance of Sub-Contractor Work Package deliverables, milestones and performance metrics; or Delivery, commercial or financial liabilities arising from the performance of the Sub-Contractor under this FSC.
Out of Scope. This Project does not cover the following functions or deliverables:
Out of Scope. The Services do not include payment of accumulated annuities or back fees arising in certain countries at the time of grant or acceptance of an application. It is the Customer's responsibility to arrange payment of such fees directly with the Customer's associate.
