HPS Support Portal. The Customer must report all issues/requests via the HPS support portal: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/portal Figure 1 – List of incidents for a customer Any user may log a ticket for which they will receive progress updates via the portal. Nominated Customer Contacts may also be added to the ‘watch-list’ for all Customer tickets and also receive the same updates.

  • Operational Support Systems <<customer_name>> shall pay charges for Operational Support Systems (OSS) as set forth in this Agreement in Attachment 1 and/or in Attachments 2, 3 and 5, as applicable.

  • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.
