Monitoring Sample Clauses

Monitoring. In each case in which the Foreign Custody Manager maintains Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager, the Foreign Custody Manager shall establish a system to monitor (i) the appropriateness of maintaining the Foreign Assets with such Eligible Foreign Custodian and (ii) the contract governing the custody arrangements established by the Foreign Custody Manager with the Eligible Foreign Custodian. In the event the Foreign Custody Manager determines that the custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian it has selected are no longer appropriate, the Foreign Custody Manager shall notify the Board in accordance with Section 3.2.5 hereunder.
Monitoring. The Delegate shall establish a system to monitor at reasonable intervals (but at least annually) the appropriateness of maintaining the Fund's Assets with each Eligible Foreign Custodian that has been selected by the Delegate pursuant to Section 3 of this Delegation Schedule. The Delegate shall monitor the continuing appropriateness of placement of the Fund's Assets in accordance with the criteria established under Section 3(a) of this Delegation Schedule. The Delegate shall monitor the continuing appropriateness of the contract governing the Fund's arrangements in accordance with the criteria established under Section 3(b) of this Delegation Schedule.
Monitoring. In addition to reviews of audits conducted in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200, Subpart F-Audit Requirements, and Section 215.97, F.S., as revised (see “AUDITS” below), monitoring procedures may include, but not be limited to, on-site visits by DEP Department staff, limited scope audits as defined by 2 CFR 200.425, or other procedures. By entering into this Agreement, the recipient agrees to comply and cooperate with any monitoring procedures/processes deemed appropriate by the Department of Environmental Protection. In the event the Department of Environmental Protection determines that a limited scope audit of the recipient is appropriate, the recipient agrees to comply with any additional instructions provided by the Department to the recipient regarding such audit. The recipient further agrees to comply and cooperate with any inspections, reviews, investigations, or audits deemed necessary by the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Auditor General. AUDITS
Monitoring. The Commission shall continually monitor the performance and legal compliance of the School. The Commission shall have the authority to conduct or require oversight activities that enable the Commission to fulfill its responsibilities under Ch. 302D, HRS, including conducting appropriate inquiries and investigations, so long as those activities are consistent with the intent of Ch. 302D, HRS, and adhere to the terms of this Contract. To carry out its monitoring duties, the Commission may utilize a compliance management system and may require the School to designate a contact person for the compliance management system.
Monitoring. BNYM is not responsible for Company’s or Permitted User’s use of the Licensed System but shall have the right to monitor such use on BNYM’s network solely to verify compliance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and for operational purposes related to the delivery of services by the Licensed System.
