Covered Equipment definition

Covered Equipment means, unless otherwise specified in a Schedule, Covered Property:
Covered Equipment means the Apple TV, Apple Watch, HomePod, iPad (including iPad Input Devices), iPhone, iPod, or Apple- or Beats-branded headphones identified by the product serial number shown on Your POC certificate (or in the case of an iPad Input Device as evidenced by Your proof of purchase), as well as the original accessories supplied in the same box. The Covered Equipment must have been purchased or leased as new from Apple or an Apple Authorised Reseller. Where legal ownership of the Covered Equipment has been transferred to You, the Policy must have been transferred to You pursuant to clause 11. Covered Equipment includes any replacement product provided to You by Apple under clause 4.1.2 of this Policy.
Covered Equipment means the Apple-branded Mac line of desktop and notebook computer models or the Apple-branded display (including any Apple-branded stand and/or VESA mount included with or purchased at the same time as Your Apple-branded display) identified by the product serial number shown on Your POC certificate (or in the case of the Apple-branded stand and/or VESA mount as evidenced by Your proof of purchase), as well as the original Apple-branded accessories supplied in the same box. The Covered Equipment must have been purchased or leased as new from Apple or an Apple Authorised Reseller no more than sixty (60) days before the date You purchase this Policy or, where legal ownership of the Covered Equipment has been transferred to You, the Policy must have been transferred to You pursuant to clause 11 of this Policy.

Examples of Covered Equipment in a sentence

  • Itron shall make available, and Customer shall obtain, a copy of the Documentation for Covered Equipment and Customer will be responsible to perform preventive maintenance for each such item in accordance with such Documentation.

  • Customer will return Covered Equipment at Customer’s expense and in accordance with Itron’s then-current Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) procedures.

  • Customer shall also keep accurate records of Covered Equipment serial numbers and locations to assist Itron with performing Maintenance Services.

  • If Customer declines or discontinues Maintenance Services for any Covered Equipment and thereafter wishes to add or restore such equipment as Covered Equipment, Itron may, prior to such equipment being included as Covered Equipment, inspect such equipment at Itron’s then current rates to determine whether it is in Operating Condition and/or charge Itron’s then current re-certification fee, in addition to prorated Annual Fees for the then-current Maintenance Billing Cycle (the “Re-initiation Costs”).

  • If Itron determines that returned equipment is not Covered Equipment or is excluded from the Maintenance Services ordered by Customer, then Itron will proceed in accordance with the estimation fees section below.


More Definitions of Covered Equipment

Covered Equipment means the equipment covered by the Services to be performed by Honeywell under this Agreement, and is limited to the equipment included in the respective work scope attachments.
Covered Equipment the equipment rented or sold to you from PBGFS or PBI that is covered by the SLA as stated on the Order. Covered Equipment does not include any Meter, or any standalone software, and SendKit equipment.
Covered Equipment means the specific service to be performed by AMS as set forth in AMS’ proposal, Customer's acceptance thereof and these terms & conditions (“T&C”) (collectively, the “Agreement”). Additional work ordered by Customer shall also be subject to these T&C. Customer assumes sole responsibility for determining whether the quantity and the nature of the Work are adequate and sufficient for Customer's intended purpose. Customer shall communicate these T&C to each third party to whom Customer transmits any part of AMS’ Work. The ordering of work from AMS, or the reliance on any of AMS’ Work, shall constitute acceptance of the terms of AMS’ proposal and these T&C, regardless of the terms of any subsequently issued document.
Covered Equipment means Covered Property:
Covered Equipment means an amusement ride, amusement device, concession booth or related electrical equipment that is covered by Iowa Code chapter 88A.
Covered Equipment means the Equipment listed on Appendix A found to be defective under normal use and service (i.e., not fit for use for the purposes and indications described in the labeling when used in accordance with the directions for use). Covered Equipment does not include any Equipment that (1) has been disassembled, opened, repaired or altered by persons other than ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or its authorized representatives, (2) has been used beyond its "Useful Life" dates as indicated, where applicable, on the Equipment's labeling; (3) has had its labeling or serial number removed; (4) had pre-existing damage or reported or unreported failures prior to execution of this Agreement; or (5) has not been properly maintained by Customer per the operator's manual or IFU.
Covered Equipment. ’ means one of the following types of industrial equipment: Electric motors and pumps; small commercial package air conditioning and heating equipment; large commercial package air conditioning and heating equipment; very large commercial package air conditioning and heating equipment; commercial refrigerators, freezers, and refrigerator-freezers; automatic commercial ice makers; walk-in coolers and walk-in freezers; commercial clothes washers; packaged terminal air-conditioners and packaged terminal heat pumps; warm air furnaces and packaged boilers; and storage water heaters, instantaneous water heaters, and unfired hot water storage tanks.
