Services to Client. The Consultant shall provide the following services (“Services”) to Client: (a) attempt to identify strategic business partnerships (“Strategic Partners”) far the Client; (b) assist Client with presentations to be made at meetings with Strategic Partners; and (d) provide ongoing management of Strategic Partners and assist Client with additional sales meetings, presentations, and correspondence with the Strategic Partners as requested by Client.
Services to Client. The Contractor shall provide the following ("Services") to Client: Brand, logo and other design work for the Client's existing products as well as those in development. Collaboration on co-branding strategies with marketing and distribution partners and channels.
Services to Client. The Consultant shall provide the following (“ Services”) to Client: Arrange meetings between (i) Client and Associated Wholesale Grocers (ii) Client and Kehe Food Distributors and (iii) Client and Mc Donald’s Restaurants to allow Client to discuss a possible agreement to sell Client’s products.
Services to Client. Nice Healthcare shall perform the services listed in Exhibit A. The services shall be performed within the time frames, set out in Exhibit A. Nice Healthcare shall perform the services called for by this Agreement in accordance with the highest standards of the industry and Client’s instructions.
Services to Client. The Services provided by Questeq under this Agreement shall be supplied to Client at the location(s) and user types provided in this Agreement or in the attached Exhibits. This Agreement does not cover businesses, organizations or individuals that are co-located with Client but are not part of Client’s organization. Neither Client nor Questeq may assign this Agreement and doing the same or any attempts to do the same shall result in a breach of this Agreement. Client is not permitted to resell or subcontract Questeq services or staff. Payment Terms Payment Terms are set forth on Exhibit B. Service Level Agreement Service Level Agreement details are set forth on Exhibit C.

Services to Client. On behalf of Client, Employers Resource agrees to provide the following specific services:
Services to Client. STAR PROTECTION AND PATROL LLC shall provide the following ("Services") to Client only: The protection of property of the client within the established area(s) of Exhibit A including Yellow Ramp, Transit Center and Exterior of Library Parking lot not including adjacent property, sidewalks, streets, wooded areas, residences, establishments, or businesses, or other areas not specifically indicated in this agreement. The designated areas shall be listed in an attached “Exhibit A”. The terms “protection of property”, shall in no way be construed to suggest that STAR PROTECTION AND PATROL LLC is responsible for incidents that occur, which upon acting in good faith, the STAR PROTECTION AND PATROL LLC security guard performs his or her duties as outlined in this contract and according to STAR PROTECTION AND PATROL LLC General Orders, and the incident occurs as a result of an unforeseen circumstance, or upon the reliance by a third party, not covered by this agreement, that STAR PROTECTION AND PATROL LLC is responsible for the protection of his or her life or property or any other duties contained in this agreement to the client. STAR PROTECTION AND PATROL LLC employees will not perform any duties not contracted for. Further that this agreement is solely for the mutual benefit of the parties who enter into it. Nothing shall be construed to suggest that STAR PROTECTION AND PATROL LLC, its employees, agents, or security guards are compelled, required, contracted, or willing to protect the life or lives or property of persons unless specifically listed in this agreement.
Services to Client. Safestate shall provide the following ("Services") to Client only: The protection of property of the client within the established area(s) of the North (Block A) and South (Block H) Private Beaches (Located at the end of Paradise Blvd. & Poplar Cres.) Photo of area underlined in Appendix "B(a)" not including adjacent property, sidewalks, streets, wooded areas, residences, establishments, or businesses, or other areas not specifically indicated in this agreement. The designated areas shall be listed in an attached “Appendix A”. The terms “protection of property”, shall in no way be construed to suggest that Safestate is responsible for incidents that occur, which upon acting in good faith, the Safestate security guard performs his or her duties as outlined in this contract and according to Safestate General Orders, and the incident occurs as a result of an unforeseen circumstance, or upon the reliance by a third party, not covered by this agreement, that Safestate is responsible for the protection of his or her life or property or any other duties contained in this agreement to the client. Safestate employees will not perform any duties not contracted for. Further that this agreement is solely for the mutual benefit of the parties who enter into it. Nothing shall be construed to suggest that Safestate, its employees, agents, or security guards are compelled, required, contracted, or willing to protect the life or lives or property of persons unless specifically listed in this agreement.
Services to Client. The Services to be provided by the Company to Client are comprised of the Services more particularly set forth in Schedule A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The scope of the specific Services set out in Schedule A will be provided by the Company to the Client on an as needed basis, in accordance with the term of this agreement unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 9.2. The Client shall maintain oversight for Services provided to the Client by the Company, including by monitoring the Services annually for quality assurance, and this Agreement shall not be interpreted to delegate management authority to the Company to the substantial exclusion of the board of the Client. Any funds or invested assets of the Client held by the Company are the exclusive property of the Client, are held for the benefit of the Client, and are subject to the control of the Client.
