If 30 days’ notice is not practical, employees must give as much notice as possible. Return to Duty Employees must notify the Superintendent, or his/her designee, in writing 30 days prior to return. An employee who has been approved for a leave of absence may return to his/her same position upon returning from the leave or to another position for which the employee is qualified.
