Notification of Accrued Leave. The District shall notify each employee in writing (by January 31 of each year) of the employee's accumulated sick leave and accrued vacation time, including a statement of the amount of sick leave and vacation time for which the employee is eligible during the coming year.

Tools, Equipment, Uniforms, and Special Clothing: The District will supply all tools, equipment, uniforms, and other special clothing and supplies reasonably necessary for the performance of employment duties. If the employee provides tools and equipment belonging to the employee for use in the course of employment, the District shall provide a safe place to store such tools and equipment. If the employment duties of an employee reasonably require use of any equipment or gear to insure the safety of the employee or others, the District shall furnish or reimburse the employee the full costs of procuring such.
