Shared Leadership. 1.2.1 The Minister and the Congregation share responsibility for the leadership and ministry of the Congregation. This relationship is one of discovery of each other, in a context of mutuality. COMMISSION’s investment guidelines are that COMMISSION will: Focus on prevention. Focus on systems and policy change. Seek to have a broad impact, affecting large numbers of people. Prioritize investments that strengthen families and, whenever possible, improve community capacity. Prioritize the identification and scaling up of evidence-‐based practices. Engage partners at the earliest possible stage of activity and/or investment. The Parties agree as follows: «PMSOW» CONTRACTOR shall perform the work and provide the deliverables as more particularly described in the «PMSOW», attached as Exhibit A, and the Payment Schedule, attached as Exhibit C. Deliverables provided by CONTRACTOR to COMMISSION pursuant to this Contract are subject to COMMISSION’s approval and final acceptance, including review and approval by COMMISSION’s Quality Assurance Committee, as detailed in the Quality Assurance Process, attached as Exhibit D. CONTRACTOR shall submit requests for approval of or changes to personnel to the designated COMMISSION staff prior to such person’s performance of services under this Contract. TIME OF PERFORMANCE CONTRACTOR shall commence the work required under this Contract on the effective date of this Contract, as set forth in the introductory clause. CONTRACTOR shall perform the work and provide the deliverables within the timelines indicated in Exhibits A and C.
