Member List. The Administrative Agent shall cause to be maintained in the principal office of the Company a list (the “Member List”) setting forth, with respect to each Member, such Member’s name, address, Capital Commitment, Capital Contributions and such other information as the Administrative Agent may deem necessary or desirable or as required by the Act. The Administrative Agent shall from time to time update the Member List as necessary to reflect accurately the information therein. Any reference in this Agreement to the Member List shall be deemed to be a reference to the Member List as in effect from time to time. No action of the Members shall be required to supplement or amend the Member List. Revisions to the Member List made by the Administrative Agent as a result of changes to the information set forth therein made in accordance with this Agreement shall not constitute an amendment of this Agreement.

Member List. The Managers shall maintain an alphabetical list of the full names, last known business or residence addresses and business telephone numbers of the Members of the Company along with the number of Units held by each of them (the “Member List”) as a part of the books and records of the Company which shall be available for inspection by any Member or his designated representative at the principal office of the Company upon the request of the Member. The Member List shall be updated at least quarterly to reflect changes in the information contained therein. A copy of the Member List shall be mailed to any Member requesting the Member List within ten (10) days of the request. The copy of the Member List to be mailed to a Member shall be printed in alphabetical order, on white paper, and in readily readable type size (in no event smaller than 10-point type). A reasonable charge for copy work may be charged by the Company. The purposes for which a Member may request a copy of the Member List include, without limitation, matters relating to the Members’ voting rights under this Agreement and the exercise of the Members’ rights under federal proxy laws. If the Managers neglect or refuse to exhibit, produce or mail a copy of the Member List as requested, it shall be liable to the Member requesting the list for the costs, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by that Member for compelling the production of the Member List and for actual damages suffered by the Member by reason of such refusal or neglect. It shall be a defense that the actual purpose and reason for a request for inspection of or a request for a copy of the Member List is to secure such list of Members or other information for the purpose of selling such list or copies thereof or for the purpose of using the same for a commercial purpose other than in the interest of the applicant as a Member relative to the affairs of the Company. The Managers may require any Member requesting the Member List to represent that the list is not requested for a commercial purpose unrelated to such Member’s interest in the Company. The remedies provided hereunder to Members requesting copies of the Member List are in addition to, and shall not in any way limit, other remedies available to Members under federal law or under the laws of any state.
Member List. The E&I Official Member List will be sent to the Supplier via an electronic file from E&I’s Member Success Team upon execution of this Agreement.
Member List. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your list of Members on the WeWork Member Network (your “Member List”). Only those individuals included on the Member List will be deemed to be “Members” and entitled to receive the Services described in this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, all of your Members shall be required to provide valid government issued identification in order to be issued an activated key card to access the Premises. If the number of Members or other individuals regularly using your Office Space exceeds the Capacity, you will be required to pay the then current additional fee as set forth on our website. In no event will the number of Members exceed 1.5 times the Capacity, regardless of additional fees paid; however affiliated members with other active memberships offered by WeWork such as We Membership, Hot Desk, and/or separate Dedicated Desk Memberships using desks outside of the Office Space will not count towards this limit. We reserve the right to further limit the number of Members allowed at any point. Upon the addition of a Member to the Member List, WeWork will create a profile for such Member on the WeWork Member Network. Such profile will be viewable by us, our employees and agents, and other members. The created profile will include only the Member’s name and the Member Company; any additional information, including a photograph, shall be added solely as determined by you or your Members.
Member List. The Company shall maintain at its principal place of business a record of its Members, giving the names and addresses of all Members and the class and Membership Units in the Company held by each Member. Subject to such reasonable standards (including standards governing what information and documents are to be furnished and at whose expense) as may be established by the Board of Managers from time to time, each Member has the right to obtain from the Company from time to time upon reasonable demand for any purpose reasonably related to the Member's interest as a Member of the Company a record of the Company's Members.

Revisions to the Member List as a result of changes to the information set forth therein made in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or to evidence the making of Capital Commitments or Capital Contributions shall not constitute an amendment of this Agreement.
Member List. The Administrative Agent shall cause to be maintained in the principal office of the Company a list in the form of Schedule A attached hereto (the “Member List”) setting forth, with respect to each Member, such Member’s name, address, Capital Commitment, Capital Contributions, Proportionate Share and such other information as the Administrative Agent or the Board may deem necessary or desirable or as required by the Act. The Administrative Agent shall from time to time update the Member List as required to reflect accurately the information therein. Any reference in this Agreement to the Member List shall be deemed to be a reference to the Member List as in effect from time to time.
Member List. Intersections will maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of each Member, which contains the items, listed on Appendix C or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties from time to time (the "Member List"). Intersections will use the Member List only as permitted or required in this Agreement. Members shall be considered Equifax customers and Intersections shall use information regarding such Members only to provide Services hereunder and for no other purposes. The Member List shall be considered Equifax User Information.
Member List. A list of the full name and last known address of each Member, setting forth the amount of cash each Member has contributed or has agreed to contribute in the future, a description and statement of the agreed value of the other property or services each Member has contributed or has agreed to contribute in the future and the date on which each became a Member.
