Customer Lists. We hereby agree that we shall not use any list of your customers which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the purpose of solicitation of any product or service without your express written consent. However, nothing in this paragraph or otherwise shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict us or our affiliates in any way from solicitations of any product or service directed at, without limitation, the general public, any segment thereof, or any specific individual, provided such solicitation is not based upon such list.
Customer Lists. Employee acknowledges that (i) all lists of suppliers, advertisers, customers and vendors of the Company or of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates developed during the course or Employee's employment and/or by the Company are and shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company, its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, as the case i-nay be, and Employee further acknowledges and agrees that lie neither has nor shall have any personal right, title or interest therein; (ii) that such lists are and must continue to be confidential-, and (iii) that such lists are not readily accessible to competitors of the Company or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates.
Customer Lists. SurveyMonkey may identify Customer by name and logo as a SurveyMonkey customer on SurveyMonkey’s website and on other promotional materials. Any goodwill arising from the use of Customer’s name and logo will inure to the benefit of Customer.
Customer Lists. The Executive will not during, or for a period of two years after the termination of, his employment (i) disclose the Corporation's (including its subsidiaries') customer lists or any part thereof to any person, firm, corporation, association or other entity for any reason or purpose whatsoever, (ii) assist in obtaining any of the Corporation's (including its subsidiaries') existing customers for any competing business, or (iii) encourage any customer to terminate its relationship with the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries.
Customer Lists. The Employee recognizes and agrees (i) that all existing lists of customers of the Company, and all lists of customers of the Company developed during the course of the Employee's employment by the Company, are and shall be the sole exclusive property of the Company, and that the Employee neither has nor shall have any right, title or interest therein; (ii) that such lists of customers are and must continue to be confidential; (iii) that such lists are not readily accessible to competitors of the Company; (iv) that the Company's present and future business is and will continue to be of a type that customers will normally patronize principally one concern; and (v) that the Company's present and future business relationship with its customers is and will continue to be of a type which normally continues unless interfered with by others.
Customer Lists. All customer or vendor lists or other documents used by Seller in the Business, including, but not limited to, correspondence, credit information, manuals, and data, sales, marketing and advertising materials;
Customer Lists. The Employee recognizes and acknowledges that any written list or lists of the customers of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates ("customer lists"), as such customer lists may exist from time to time, are valuable, special and unique assets of the Company. The Employee agrees that he will not use such customer lists for his own personal benefit or disclose such customer lists to any person, firm, corporation, association or other entity for his own personal benefit.
Customer Lists. Semiannually, a list of all of Borrower’s customers and vendors, including the addresses, telephone and facsimile numbers which lists shall be delivered within thirty (30) days after each second fiscal quarter and within thirty (30) days after the each fiscal year end.
Customer Lists. Upon Crestmark’s request, Borrower will deliver to Crestmark detailed customer lists showing the customer's name, address, phone number and any other information Crestmark reasonably requests.
Customer Lists. Without limiting any obligations of Ceding Company under Section 5.15 above, from and after the Effective Time until two (2) years after the Marketing Termination Date, Ceding Company will not use any customer list or portion thereof that exists on the Marketing Termination Date with respect to the Business for the purpose of soliciting indemnity or prepaid dental insurance business, subject to any other restrictions applicable to Ceding Company pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.
