Capital Commitment definition

Capital Commitment means, for any Borrower, the capital commitment of its Investors in the amount set forth in the applicable Subscription Agreements; “Capital Commitments” means all such Capital Commitments, collectively.

Capital Commitment means, for any Investor, its “Commitment” as defined in the Operating Agreement.

Capital Commitment means each investor’s commitment to contribute capital to the Trust in exchange for Shares pursuant to a subscription agreement with the Trust.

• Partners admitted to the Partnership after the Launch Date will not participate in any lots of shares of the Company or other investments made by the Partnership prior to the date of the acceptance of their Capital Commitment.

• The effective date on which an Investor’s Unfunded Capital Commitment increases by Returned Capital for purposes of this Credit Agreement shall be the date on which such Borrowers in such Fund Group have delivered to the Administrative Agent duly completed copies of the items required by this Section 8.19.

• The names of all of the Investors (as may be redacted consistent with applicable confidentiality restrictions) are set forth on Exhibit A-1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (or on a revised Exhibit A-1 delivered to the Administrative Agent in accordance with Section 8.1, Section 8.2 or Section 9.5(a)), and the Investor Capital Commitment of each Investor is set forth on Exhibit A-1 (or on any such revised Exhibit A-1).

• No Investor shall have any personal liability under this Credit Agreement or the other Loan Documents; provided that the foregoing shall not limit the obligations of such Investor under the Partnership Agreement of the applicable Fund or its Subscription Agreement to make Investor Capital Contributions with respect to its Unfunded Capital Commitment.

• As of the Closing Date, (i) the aggregate amount of the Investor Capital Commitments of all Investors is set forth on Exhibit A-1 hereto and (ii) the aggregate Unfunded Capital Commitment of all Investors that could be subject to an Investor Capital Call is set forth on Exhibit A hereto.

More Definitions of Capital Commitment

Capital Commitment means as to each Member, the total amount set forth on the Member List, which is contributed and/or agreed to be contributed to the Company by such Member as a Capital Contribution pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Capital Commitment means, with respect to any Operating Entity, at any time, the amount that a Service Recipient has committed at such time to contribute (either as debt or equity) to such Operating Entity as set forth in the terms of the subscription agreement or other underlying documentation with respect to such Operating Entity at or prior to such time;

Capital Commitment means an amount committed to the ICAV by a Shareholder as set forth in the subscription agreement to which such Shareholder is party or equivalent agreement.

Capital Commitment means the contractual commitment of an investor to provide the alternative investment fund (AIF) with an agreed amount of investment on request by the AIFM;

Capital Commitment means, with respect to any Partner at any time, the amount specified as such Partner’s capital commitment at the time such Partner was admitted to the Partnership (as adjusted as provided in the Agreement), which amount shall be set forth on the books and records of the Partnership and is set forth on Schedule A.

Capital Commitment as to each Member, the total amount set forth in such Member’s Subscription Agreement delivered herewith and on the Member List, which is contributed and agreed to be contributed to the Company by such Member as a Capital Contribution.

Capital Commitment means, with respect to any Partner, the amount of each Partner’s “Capital Commitment” as set forth beneath such Limited Partner’s signature to this Agreement.
