Member Company definition

Member Company means a “service recipient” as defined in Treasury Regulation § 1.409A-1(h)(3).
Member Company or "Member Companies" means the Company, any Parent Corporation or Subsidiary Corporation and, to the extent designated by the Board, any Affiliate.
