Common use of Member List Clause in Contracts

Member List. The Administrative Agent shall maintain a list (the “Member List”) setting forth, with respect to each Member, such Member’s name, address, Class, Capital Commitment, Capital Contributions and such other information as the Administrative Agent may deem necessary or desirable or as required by the Act. The Administrative Agent shall from time to time update the Member List as necessary in its discretion to reflect accurately the information therein. Any reference in this Agreement to the Member List shall be deemed to be a reference to the Member List as in effect from time to time. No action of the Members shall be required to supplement or amend the Member List. Revisions to the Member List as a result of changes to the information set forth therein made in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or to evidence the making of Capital Commitments or Capital Contributions shall not constitute an amendment of this Agreement.
