Installation of Fixtures. Tenant shall have the right to install, place and maintain all business fixtures, equipment and furniture necessary and required for use by Tenant, its agents, officials and employees, in the conduct of its business, and Tenant shall have the right to remove such business fixtures, equipment and furniture upon termination of this Lease, providing Tenant reasonably repairs damage caused by the removal.

Installation of Fixtures. At its own cost and expense, the Lessee may install signs relating its business and any additional fixtures necessary for its activities in such a manner as not to deface or injure the premises. The Lessee shall not install such fixtures and signs without the previous approval in writing from the Authority.
Installation of Fixtures. The LESSEE shall make no additions or alterations to the Premises which will detract from the value of the Building or structurally weaken same. The necessary installation of LESSE'S equipment and machinery incident to operating its business shall not be considered as a disallowed addition or alteration of the Building. The LESSEE may from time to time make nonstructural alterations or improvements to the Premises, so long as such work is performed in a good and xxxxxxx like manner, and so long as LESSEE agrees to return the Premises as required hereunder upon the expiration of the Term, such alterations or improvements shall be deemed not to detract from the value of the Building. All items permanently affixed to the Building by either gluing, cementing, screwing or otherwise fastening same shall remain with the Premises, except equipment, machinery, and electrical fixtures originally installed by LESSEE, which shall remain the property of LESSEE. Any equipment, furnishings or fixtures remaining in the Premises after expiration of the Lease Term shall, unless removed following written notice by LESSOR, be deemed abandoned by the LESSEE and shall become the property of the LESSOR. The LESSEE shall pay and be responsible for the damage resulting from the removal of any fixture by LESSEE from the Premises. All fixtures, machinery and equipment which my be placed in, upon or about the Premises by the LESSEE shall always remain the property of the LESSEE, irrespective of the manner in which the same may be affixed or attached to the Premises, and LESSEE shall have the right to remove same when vacating the Premises or at any time from time to time during the Term of this Lease. The LESSEE shall have the right to expand, renovate, and alter the décor and appearance of the Building and appurtenances throughout the Term of this Lease at their sole expense provided that same do not materially alter or affect the integrity of the original construction, unless otherwise agreed by the LESSOR. •
Installation of Fixtures. Prior to the commencement of the Term, if Tenant enters upon the Demised Premises for the purpose of installing trade fixtures and furnishings, Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for damage to or loss of such fixtures, equipment or furnishings. It is mutually agreed that all work performed or requested by the Tenant shall be subject to the approval of the Landlords architect, mechanical and electrical engineers.

Installation of Fixtures. The fixtures and fittings shall be provided with all such accessories as required to complete the item in satisfactory working conditions, whether specifically mentioned or not in the Schedule of Quantities, Specifications and Drawings. The Contractor shall assemble on trial basis atleast one set of each type of sanitary fixture and fittings in order to determine precisely the required supply and disposal connections. Relevant instructions from manufacturers shall be followed as applicable. This trial, assembly shall be developed to facilitate determining the location of punctures, holes, holding devices etc - which will be required for final installation in position of all sanitary fixtures and fittings. The above assembly shall be subject to final approval by the Construction Manager. The fixtures in the trial assembly can be reused for final installation without any additional payments for fixing or dismantling of the fixtures. Supporting and fixing devices The contractor shall where required, provide all supporting and fixing devices necessary to install the sanitary fixtures and fittings securely in position. The fixing devices shall be rigidly anchored into the building structure. The devices shall be rust resistant and shall be so fixed that they do not present an unsightly look in the final assembly. Any equipment or work done which the Landlord installs or constructs in the Premises on the Tenant's behalf shall be paid for by the Tenant as Additional Rent, and shall be subject to all of Landlord's lien rights for unpaid rent.
